First time here, five star meal! Got the ranchero burrito with sides of jalapeño and a horchata to share. Loved their music playlist. Small place but cute! Had a little patio seating terrace for those nice days out, soon!
Excellent service. She helped us out, checked in on us, got us additional sauces, would come back again and again. Even if it’s a little out my way.
Burrito had great flavor, pinto beans and not refried, so we left feeling perfectly satisfied and not uncomfortably full.

My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite and decided on Nachos with shredded chicken. The Nachos were very good, and the service was quick. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was very clean, it was nice to sit and enjoy our Nachos with a beer. We have driven by so many times and was very happy we decided to stop. We will be back!

The only good part of today was the al pastor bot being horrible.
I tried choosing 4 diferent meats to try out which I liked best but i wasnt allowed and ordered 2 asada and 2 al pastor.
The asada was pretty tasteless.

My wife and I had spotted Los Tapatios while heading home and decided to go in to check everything out. We looked over the menu choices and finally figured out what we wanted to try, and they did NOT disappoint. I ordered the three (3) enchilada plate and my wife ordered the Flautas plate. Both came with rice and beans, along with a selection of salsa’s as well. With each meal you do have your choice of meats and my go-to is ground beef and my wife is a diehard carnitas person and the great thing about the food is the incredible taste, the portions and most of all, the price is fitting for you get… We are definitely going to go back and a big A+ for the staff!!

Flavor is great but their meat quality has gone down significantly. Ordered a California burrito through DoorDash, all of the meat looks like it was thrown on to cook for maybe a minute at most. I used to love this place and decided to get some today after getting my blood drawn. I hope their chicken is still good, but I won’t try to find out.

Cute little joint with some great food. Ordered the carne asada flautas and it did not disappoint. Ordered a kid’s bean burrito and my Japanese dog loved it. Beans are on point and rice was good too. Ordered a Dos XX to go with my meal side note: they let me bring my perrita outside to eat with me

First visit to Los Tapatios Mexican Taqueria. Received a friendly greeting upon entering. The staff were good at answering my questions. There was a slight cash discount given towards the bill. My to go order was ready in about 5-7 minutes. The food was fresh and flavorful. There were non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages available. Spacious dining area with large comfortable booths. Looking forward to returning next time I’m in the area.

This restaurant earns high marks for outstanding consistent customer service. I have come to this location since 2020 and the service is always superb!
Atmosphere:
The resturant isn’t large or small. There are 4 tables which can accommodate 4 people, plus an outdoor patio to enjoy your food when Tacoma happens to have good weather! The resturant is consistently clean as well!
Food Quality:
I live in San Antonio so my standard for Mexican food is pretty high because there are so many great restaurants in SA! This restaurant has the best street tacos you will find in Tacoma, hands down! The menu has multiple options to try for your enjoyment! Great small business! Below is the family street taco tray, with Carne Asada, Carnitas & Chicken street tacos!

They have a super cute dog friendly patio where you can enjoy delicious food! The three enchiladas were soooo gooood! The sauces are all made in house. Reasonable prices and super friendly service. We can’t wait for some more sunny days on the patio!
