I’m very disappointed. My boyfriend is a long time customer of this establishment and I’m a new but returning customer. Usually the pizza is great, which is the only reason I’m not giving a one star review, but when we got Marcello’s yesterday, the pizza was almost inedible. The dough was nearly sourdough-like, and while my boyfriend and I love sourdough, it doesn’t fit with the pizza. I’m unsure if it was an intentional change or a simple mistake, but it made the pizza taste putrid. We’re unsure if we want to come back at this point.

Best pizza & meatball sandwich over!!!! Great food, quick deliveries, orders are always correct & great staff! One of the guys whom seems is always there, Mikey, always greets us with a smile and treats us like we are old friends. My family has been coming to this location for what feels like forever. Over the years we’ve tried different pizza places with friends our family but we always come back to Marcello’s. They truly are one of the best pizza places around!

Lady ran my credit card 3 times ,then forgot to deliver my drink and said she was gonna come with it and never did . The salad we ordered look like it was a week old. Charged me over $37 dollars for a sandwich and salad and 2 liter coke and never brought the coke.

Not only were they open on New Year’s Day but did such an excellent job at delivering a tasty hot pizza. Our family almost gave up on cold delivery pizza. We appreciate you so very much. Hands down delicious.

I’m so disappointed with marcellos now. This place used to be amazing, my favorite pizza but ever since they got new ownership their quality of food and customer service has gone down hill. The pizza doesn’t taste the same. Its like they don’t put the same effort in making good quality pizza. Sometimes i get the pizza with barely any sauce. Most of the workers there lack customer service. And their hours now are a joke! We used to get this pizza late at night and now we can’t.

Marcello’s Pizza is a great local favorite. The Main Street location is closed but I order from the River Road store. The staff is great and the food is delicious. Prices are just right. My kids love their pizza and my guests always say it’s very good. Buy with confidence because you’ll love it.
