I went today with my friend and was promptly helped by a person named Tyler (they had long purple hair) who had been cleaning up but stopped when we came in to take our order. They were quick when making our order, and even when one of the food window fell inward he was quick to call for help while helping us. Great employee. Thank you Tyler!

Is it possible to put less meat on a sandwich? Prices are up and quality is down. Literally 1 slice of ham all the way across my sandwich. Any less and it would be bread lettuce and onions. Last time I get a sandwich there. D’Angelo’s may be a buck or 2 more but you get five times the meat.

Today I had one of the best experiences at Subway ever. Miss Pandora and Kathy behind the counter treated me with warm excellent customer service as soon as I walked through the door. Hilarious, patient and understanding they were the entire time. They actually make a proper sandwich unlike some other subway establishments I have been to before. All in all, they treated me right so it’s only right I do the same with this review!

Pandora and Shawn are rockstars!! SO sooo sooo friendly, highly attentive to detail, and go out of their way to ensure guests are happy. I think it’s especially cool that they acknowledge every person as soon as they walk in, regardless how busy they might be. Hands-down, our favorite Subway in New England. 11/10 recommend!
