I ordered a burrito grilled, steak, onions and sauce… got a sad tortilla and a pinch of steak.
I ordered a quesadilla and it wasn’t grilled… paid almost $20 to come home and do it myself. Tried to call the restaurant and corp, one line was busy and the other said call back when we’re open.

Whoever is back there that made this tonight…get them out of there every single Taco Bell I’ve ever been to has given me delicious filled tacos and THIS is what I pay for here? There’s enough meat in there for a single bite of taco in my boyfriend’s street tacos and thanks for the 6 damn potatoes in mine I wish I could give 0 stars but alas I have to give you one to leave this review. Don’t order food from here. They dont make anything correctly. The quesadilla comes with sauce right? Wrong it comes dry even if you order extra of it. Not to mention there wasn’t any of the extras I order. Then to top it all off they won’t answer the phone. They let it ring til there’s just a busy signal. If it were up to me I’d fire every last person in the store according to all the review I just read. Apparently this has been a problem for quite some time….. very disappointing that they have fallen this far.

Will this place ever improve?……
It’s been over a year since I last ate here and it’s even worse than it was before. All of our food was cold and they messed up the order, as usual…
Everything I asked for light lettuce on, I got extra lettuce and little-to-nothing of the other fillings. This is typical for this location, but tonight, it was extraordinarily crappy.
There’s definitely a reason I only try this place once a year. And there’s definitely a reason why the this location is particularly slower than every other fast food restaurant in the area.
I literally don’t know of anything that’s a bigger waste of money than spending it here at this Taco Bell.!!!

Was the remodel supposed to improve this place? It definitely hasn’t helped the poor service.! We’ve been waiting for 22 minutes for our food and there are 8 employees on the production line. There was also a couple that came in after our order was submitted and they got their food and finished eating it before we got ours…..Why?!

The customer service here is absolutely TERRIBLE !!!
And the quality of the food, 95 percent of the time, is equally terrible, a shown in the photos I’ve included.
It would be nice if y’all would start hiring competent people!

Always had a good experience at Taco Bell. The employees always treated me with the upmost respect. The only thing I didn’t like was when the had the AI remote voice taking order she would get my order wrong. Thank God they have a live person back to taking order.

This Taco Bell used to be one of the good ones, but our last visit was horrible. We order 2 Mexican pizzas and both were stale and had a nasty smell to it along with a bitter taste. The same happened with the crunch taco and nacho chips they were also stale, smelled bad and had a bitter taste.
It is unacceptable to be selling stale/expired food items to your customers it is part of your job to be checking the quality of the food.
The spicy potato soft taco is half empty with little to no sauce and 4 pieces of potato
Also a helpful tip when there is a big order do not stuff everything into 1 bag divide it so items don’t get smushed down.

Joselyn was rude and didnt seem like she cared enough for her job, I get things happen but when your rude about it thats not good customer service especially if we go there alot and spend money. She gave us our food and shut her drive thru window, not even have a good day or even gave us straws… where is good customer service anymore….

When Uri ( Winter Storm) showed up everything shut down as it should. All the restaurants in Summerwood are still closed so we had to drive a short distance to find some quick bites to eat. It’s the weekend & we DON’T feel like cooking…anyway you already know what type of food Taco Bell has, however we were pretty impressed with this location. The food was fast, extremely fresh, we had quite a few add this not that to our order which can sometimes be a disaster but everything was right.
We also noticed that this Taco Bell was much cleaner than the one in Summerwood. I mean you could see it from the drive through. The employees had a very neat and clean appearance. They were kind, friendly & efficient. Great Job! Next time we want Taco Bell we just might travel across town to visit your location again. Thanks Guys! You rock ♥️

I used to LOVE Taco Bell now I just enjoy it from time to time. I was craving a bean burrito that day. My daughter and her friend love Taco Bell like I used to….lol. We got our dinner there that night. If you’re in the mood for a QUICK taco then that’s a great place to go.
