One of the better Subway sandwiches I’ve had. Not why I’m here though. Decided to get an ICEE for my drink. Every place I try an ICEE that’s half/half and the employee has to make if for me, it’s always one flavor on the bottom, the other on top. I’m not going to be picky about it obviously. So I get my ICEE and…..wait…the flavors were put in alternating. So it’s actually mixed together! It put a smile on my face, and almost brought a tear to my eye. I think their name was Nathan. Anyways, good job, and thank you for your sandwich artistry!~

Terrible customer service! I’d rate it a ZERO if I could. The Subway employee was argumentative and refused to listen to how I wanted the sandwich made and burnt the bread so badly that it wasn’t edible. The owner of this Subway franchise ( Emma Harrison) has no follow through and doesn’t resolve the issue. I wouldn’t recommend either Subway in Fernley NV as the same person is responsible for both locations and like I said has no follow through or desire to correct the situation.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This was BY FAR the absolute WORST “sandwich” I have ever gotten from a Subway. Enough to where I will NEVER return. I had a veggie with avacado. There was so little veggies on said sandwich it just looked like bread (day old at that) for $10. Whoever made it hates their job I know that much. Thank you for nothing. I would recommend Port of Subs or ANYWHERE else.

So I ordered a salad from subway here Zoe who says she’s the manager made me pay for extra cheese after my salad looked like this. If you can’t make a salad right. Hope your sandwich skills are better. Also she was really rude. Truckers beware $10 salad No Cheese or pay 0.32 .

We’ve attempted this Subway a couple of times, and unfortunately, the experience just gets worse and worse. Placed an online order for pick up while we were shopping, picked up the order and immediately feel the sandwich is hard as a rock, and a lot lighter than expected. It was apparent they used old, stale bread, and only made a 6 inch when a footlong was ordered. Bring it to their attention and the manager starts rolling her eyes, due to her staffs incompetence to read, putting the blame on the customer. Her response was to make a 6-inch, to make up for the missing half, my response was to please remake the whole sandwich as it’s cleary hard as a rock. She had the audacity to look me straight in the face and said “NO”, which is an unacceptable response in the food service industry.
Customer Service is half the job, along with making the sandwich correctly, if you can’t do either of those, you don’t deserve to be a manager. Rant over, go to Main steet Subway if you want a pleasant experience, they got it going on over there.

The food was good but the lady that served our sandwiches copped an attitude when we brought two coupons and she said that we had to ring them up separately when I never had to do that before or at any other store. She rolled her eyes at me. And she told another customer how she couldn’t say anything back to us and she told the other customer that she rolled her eyes and we saw it and it’s an attitude. Did not appreciate it. We will probably won’t be buying from here again period.

I ordered from here yesterday and I’ve had the worst day of my life today. Both me and my girlfriend got sandwiches from here yesterday and we’ve been up all last night and today making trips running to the bathroom. Safe to say we probably won’t eat at this subway again.
