The picture on the left was the W. Broad St. location. Which is where I went for my very first visit. The picture on the right was the location on Hilliard Rome Rd. Many people told me to give Golden Chopsticks a second chance. You can see the differences. I walked into the W. Broad location and there was no greeting when I walked in the door or placed my order. It wasn’t very busy so the standard customer service expectation was a little higher. A greeting is very minimal. I ordered chicken chop suey. I have never had any that looked like this. It also had hardly any seasoning. It was TERRIBLE. I told a friend about my experience and how I didn’t like it. She told me about the location in Hilliard. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a hello. I was handed the take out menu to look at. As you can see, the quality of food is very different. It had flavor. I’m surprised they are part of the same brand. I will NEVER go to the W. Broad location EVER again. Both the customer service and food was horrible. If you want to try Golden Chopsticks, avoid the W. Broad location. Go to Hilliard Rome. Guaranteed good service and good food.

My family has been going here and getting the yellow curry chicken and fried rice since I was a small child maybe 10-15 years and it has always been good and reputable u til yesterday. We went to discover they’ve raised the prices again (used to be 5 dollars per dish) and our yellow curry this time was disgusting. It tasted like it was mixed with something else. It was also very watery. Almost like this restaurant is taking shortcuts or overall stopped caring. It is really sad we have been friends with the owners for a while and they just completely gave up on the great food and service they’ve had for the last 10 years. Such a loss.

I order from here regularly but today was different. There was a weird small metal object in my spring roll. I felt something poke my gums which never happens. I spit it out, come to find something metal. I’m greatly disappointed

We ordered beef and broccoli with egg rolls crab rangoon teriyaki chicken and fried rice.. the teriyaki chicken was okay. I don’t know if I’ll order it again. The beef and broccoli were good. I just wish it was more meat in the order. I had so much rice and broccoli and not enough meat, but it did taste good. And the crab rangoon was perfect.

I came in, no one was in line they didn’t even greet me which worked out bc I got to observe how they handle the food for about 5 min. There was one guy grabbing the noodles with his hand no gloves then I saw him take that same hand read receipts and then proceed to grab meat, vegetables and noodles with the same hand no gloves again no gloves then he handed the food to the guy working the stove who also has no gloves on and I watched him check his cell phone and then touch the food to give to another person she then put the top on the food with no gloves at this point I’m disgusted and proceeded to leave and that’s when I hear the second worker who was at the front desk finally say sorry miss I can help you! I’m like uh no Thankyou! I wouldn’t eat at this place but yall do what yall want… peace

Chicken Pad Thai was delicious. I asked about the ingredients before ordering and asked them to make it without onion. No problem. Not only was it great pad Thai, but the most chicken I have ever seen in an order. ❤️. They also confirmed I wanted peanuts on top, so that was a bonus (I do, but I know that would benefit other customers). It’s not spicy, so if you want it hot you need to let them know.

The restaurant was clean. There is an aquarium with cute little turtle to watch while you wait and a couple flat screen TVs.

Fantastic soft drink selection as well – grabbed a pic of you would like to check it out.

My mom and I ordered takeout for lunch today and both ordered the War Su Gai. I am kind of pick on loving gravy from most places but the gravy was DELICIOUS! It was all very good, the chicken tasted very good and didn’t taste fatty at all or anything. Very impressed and will start ordering from here more often!

Order delivery and spent $50 and they said it would be 45 minutes i waited a hour and 15 minutes and called they said it was coming in the next 5 minutes then I waited another half an hour then called when it finally got here super cold and the chick at the store didn’t even apologize she said it was my fault for calling when they where busy with the meanest attitude.. ps first time ever leaving a review because thats how mad I am
