I love Papa John’s pizza but feel sorry for this location. They seem to always be just barely operating and I never see the same people working there. Their quality has suffered. My cheese pizza was mostly crust and almost no cheese. I had a supreme and a sausage mushroom with the same issues. Very disappointing.

Don’t order after 11pm. If they are within an hour of closing they will keep your order on the screen and cancel it when they’re about to close so you can’t even inquire why it was canceled. The level of laziness at this location continues to surprise me although I guess it shouldn’t at this point. I’m usually awake late nights and I do enjoy the pizza when i actually get it. But now I’m out an hour of my time I could have gotten something else. This has happened two times before this but I tried to give them one more chance and ordered at 11:01. Whoever runs this location at night needs to be trained that when you’re open you make the orders you receive regardless of what time it is.

this will be the 3 rd order myself and co workers have ordered on nights before closing hours, that papa johns has canceled with no call back to inform. Here we are just waiting! Meanwhile the other option closed. They could at least inform us that they aren’t taking anymore orders for the evening.

We have at the worst experience with this location on all levels. Tonight we got garlic bread sticks and they were just straight up dough. We called back for a replacement and we got regular bread sticks STILL NOT COOKED FULLY. Every time we have gotten food from them it’s been incorrect or not cooked.

If I could have less then one star I would they literally cannot make a pizza correctly, it is so thin that all of the cheese and sauce falls off. This is completely pathetic and a waste of your time and money below is an attached video of how ridiculous this is.

Very disappointed. My order arrived burnt, I called the store and the person I spoke to advised that, she didn’t know how that could have happened, and advised that it wasn’t burnt when it left the store. She gave me a store credit. I ordered the same items three days later. I received my order about an hour later, and it too was burnt, and the inside was cold. I sent pictures to their regional office. I received an apology from regional and a code for another meal, I think I’ll just pass.

3. When you call in, your placed on hold for a very long time. It’s a 50/50 chance speaking to a human.
4. The 2 staff members I spoke to were rude, expressing their frustration with having a lack of staff, and insinuating that I put their burnt product back in the oven.
5. Food arrived both times over cooked.

1. Corporate responds quickly to complaints. They ask a lot of questions and pictures so that they can investigate. I seems like they want to make errors right.

I was at was at the Frankfort location picking up an order on 9/4, and there was ONLY 1 guy working doing EVERYTHING. He was really busy but didn’t miss a beat. Papa John’s if you see this give that man a raise hes a hard worker!

My daughter wanted this for her birthday party today I spent over $50 in pizza. They got my whole order incorrect. The pizza was not cooked fully. I called to correct this was on hold over 29 mins trying to get something corrected. The guy stated he would refund me but had no confirmation number to give me so I do not know if getting refund. Given the situation getting pizza in return was not an option for people were already at the party. This was the best looking pizza but still not cooked fully.

the food was good, but the interaction with one of the workers was very unpleasant. brandon was very unprofessional and made the whole experience uncomfortable. his comments and his eyes wouldn’t stay up they kept veering down (if your a woman you know what i mean). it’s very unsettling and we will not go back when he is working. luckily for us we know a worker there who makes everything good. thank you lane! everything’s always perfect when it’s you.
