I eat at thus location quite a bit during the week. I never have any problems with the food or the staff. They are very courteous. However, mostly on Sundays, the atmosphere changes and some if the staff don’t do their job.
Today, Sunday, 9/14, I stopped to get my favorite tacos. I have ordered these twice this week. No problems. Tonight, however, I decided to check my order before I left. There were one a sliver of tomato and lettuce on all three. I asked the girl if the cook could put a slive of tomatoes on each one. She went back to ask him, and he said there were already tomatoes on them. Not a good way to treat a good customer.

I love Zaxby’s and im so happy to finally be living closer to one. I used the drive-thru at this location, so I didn’t experience the inside. The person speaking in the mic was hard for me to understand, so I had to have them repeat themselves many times. All drive-thru locations should require the employees to speak at a moderate speed, and to speak their words clearly. People visiting from other areas may not be used to the local accent, so it would help a lot.

I ordered 3 different flavors of boneless chicken wings – lemon pepper, sweet and spicy, and teriyaki. I liked the sweet and spicy best but all were good. Crispy outside and moist white meat on the inside. Not too spicy. The lemon pepper was just a little too tart for my taste. Service was good. I will definitely go back.

If you want curbside ordering, you might as well forget it. Ordered and waited for over 30 minutes and nothing. I go through the empty drive thru and tell them my name and then they hand it to me immediately. This has happened at two Zaxbys locations. Both of them ignore curbside orders. The food was way too salty on the lemon pepper but it was otherwise good. Employee at the speaker was friendly and kind but when I pulled up I was just handed my order by someone else in silence. Felt like they were mad at me for having to come get my order. And no I’m not too lazy to walk in. I had my dog with me and she can’t be left alone in the car and it is not appropriate to bring a dog in a food establishment so I had a good reason I was ordering curbside, not that I needed one.

Ok so I eat here a few times a month !! Food is always hot , delicious and d order is correct !! Now on to the negative … the service is absolutely trash .. kids who don’t give a crap about you , your order or anything !! I ordered before I got to the store on the app , pulled up to the window and was told to “pull up and wait” well I waited as 3 other people behind me got their food .. when someone finally walked up to my truck their response was “ hello human “ … I’m not exaggerating.. he only said two words “ hello – human “ … who talks to paying customers like that .. then I waited a few more minutes and my food was brought out .. 17 mins from window to food .. terrible wait time .. but my sandwich was delicious tho .. and DO NOT ASK ME TO VISIT SOME DAMN CUSTOMER WEBSITE , train your staff , read the comments and take note .. make a change ..

I’ve eaten here 2x in the last few months. First time was at lunch and it wasn’t busy at all. 2nd time was for supper and it was busier. Typical fast food dining room, service was good and fast, and the food was GREAT REALLY juicy chicken and not skinny skimpy pieces. A tad overpriced but I will definitely be back. Glad to have one in Bartlett closer.

I ordered a salad for pickup and not only was it ready quick, it was stacked. Honestly everything I wanted. The people behind the counter were very welcoming. Been here before but didn’t get a picture of my previous food. Last time the manager Jamonte was really nice and very helpful.

As someone who works in customer and has worked in food service, I can say this place is absolutely amazing. Anytime I go in they are quick to make sure I’ve been taken care of. Avoid the Zaxbys on Stage Rd…I repeat….avoid it at all costs! The ONLY thing good about that location was how clean it was. The manager was super rude and she was the one that took our order. We ordered a 4 & 5 piece chicken finger plate and we only received 2 zax sauces. I asked if she really thought 1 sauce a piece would suffice for 2 meals and her response was “yeah”. I then told her I would like to purchase 2 more sauces and she said “we’re out”. Whomever the regional manager is should really look into Myddison C. If she is this rude to customers, I can only imagine how she treats her employees as the manager at that location.

Second time in seven months using this location. First time got the Asian Zensation salad and if I lived closer, I would have gone back to the restaurant. It was poorly made and very lacking. Half a palm full of greens and four small pieces of chicken.
Ok, months later, I try again thinking, surely the staff and food quality has gotten better. I ordered delivery of two 5-piece tenders and the Cobb Salad. All I can say is, “WOW”. Another major disappointment in this place and never again. Both tender orders were missing a tender, and all were about the size of index fingers. The Cobb Salad was missing eggs and bacon (the reason I chose it). At $14 for a 5-piece tenders (not a combo) and $15 for a salad (without meat), everything that is described SHOULD BE IN MY ORDER
Both thumbs down for this location . If the one on Union wasn’t too far for delivery, I definitely would have used them. Never had a problem there after many years.
