The woman at the front counter is consistently rude and unprofessional. I ordered crab sticks and asked for BBQ sauce, she gave me an attitude and said it was extra, which is fine. I told her I’d gladly pay for it, as price wasn’t the issue, but the attitude was unnecessary.

When I got home and bit into my crab sticks, I noticed a huge piece of plastic inside the food, wrapped around the crab meat. I brought it back and politely asked for a fresh order. The same woman who handles money, takes phone orders, and works the front walked straight to the fridge and grabbed the crab sticks with her bare hands, no gloves, no handwashing. I calmly explained that was unsanitary and asked if someone with clean hands or gloves could handle my food. Instead of addressing the concern, she got upset and threw my money at me.

Completely unacceptable behavior and poor hygiene practices. I will not be returning! As a paying customer, I expect basic respect and proper food handling. You shouldn’t have to question cleanliness or be mistreated just for speaking up. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either.

As a long time new Yorker I have been to many Chinese restaurants, but this place is by far the worst nasty is an understatement. The lady at the front has a terrible attitude she can barely speak English or comprehend your order but has the audacity to be nasty . She handles food with the same hands that handles money and many other tasks , I have witnessed her digging in the fridge with unwashed hands while touching food to later be cooked. I brought her up on it and she acted conveniently like she spoke not enough English to understand . Absolutely nasty hygiene / terrible customer service / nasty food environment. Many others have had roaches end up in their meals In other reviews I would stay far and clear from this place. They need a visit from the health department. I know I will be making a complaint to make sure something is done .

Terrible customer service I was attempting to order my lil Brothers food for Christmas just because I live far away and as I’m placing my order and asking how much certain things were so I wasn’t over spending on unnecessary items I was being yelled at and i was hung up on them they declined my order

The food is perfect, hands down! Not one one other restaurant out of the 20+ I’ve tried has made a better boneless spare ribs with French fries; none! The owners are anlso amazing people. No matter where I move to on Long Island, when I crave Chinese food – this is literally my go to spot no matter the distance.

I like the food here. All the food I’ve ordered has been fresh. The staff is nice and accommodates all of my requests. There’s one table if you want to eat in. I’ve enjoyed General Tso, Shrimp and Broccoli, House Fried Rice, Chicken Fried Rice, Shrimp Fried Rice, Honey chicken wings, Sesame Chicken, Lemonade and the cheesestake roll.

I Will Never Return to This Restaurant. A Complete Disregard for Community and Courtesy. As a local teacher celebrating my students’ achievements, I opted to place a large Chinese food order from this restaurant. Understanding beforehand that they did not accept card payments, I went to a bank to withdraw cash, which delayed my pickup time. During this period, I received a call from a staff member who, rather than inquire about the delay, chose to rebuke me for my tardiness. Despite my attempt to explain the situation, she abruptly hung up the phone. Upon arrival, I confirmed that she was the person I had spoken with, and I expressed to the manager that such behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. Their response was equally disappointing; they offered no apology nor did they acknowledge the rudeness of their actions. Given this experience, I am compelled to say that I will not patronize this establishment again. Their lack of professionalism and respect for customers, particularly those from their own community, is unacceptable.”

Found a DEAD ROACH in my food today, of course with my luck, I didn’t notice it until I got to the very end of my meal. I’ve never been so grossed out in my life! I will never order from here again. I do not recommend this restaurant.. they need to call an exterminator!
