Toaster was not working so sub had to be fresh. Inside restaurant ac was not working and felt like no air was passing thru. Lettuce and tomatoe did not look like something you’d want to eat.

This location itself seems empty but still all ingredients seem very fresh. The only negative I experienced was that they did not have any ice for the drinks, which really messes up your drink. For Subway itself, I can’t believe they raised the prices so much, almost 50%! Last time I got a BMT combo was around $10. This last time was almost $16. Subway is definitely going to lose some business if they don’t address this.

This location seems to have a revolving door when it comes to employess. Every other visit to this location I usually see one person who I don’t recognize and he/she seems to be in the training phase. What I mean by that l is the rookie will sometimes “mess up” a little. It’s not a huge problem, but it’s noticeable. He almost charged my dad for his one sandwich before the 2nd one was at the veggies station being prepared. The guys who attended me was pretty good. When I asked for my sandwich w/everything except banana peppers, he stuffed it to hell. What a great sandwich. The bread was toasty and they did not take that long. So above average place. I definitely recommend this location than the others here in Laredo.

The gentleman that was there today (12/10/23 )between 1-2 p.m. was so attentive. He made the sandwiches with a smile , thanked us on the way out. Good job hiring this guy.

Guy was gonna get a tip until the other guy came out from the back and he leaned down to him whispered something to him, they both laughed and the other guy looked at me and gave me this sarcastic cheesy smile. Like something was just said that was probably asinine and rude and I had no idea about it. Well, I’m pretty observant and don’t appreciate it. Thanks.

The food was nice and fresh but the clerk had no sense of humor. I like to joke with the clerks and he did not laugh at anything I said. I really LOVE the renovations. It’s a bit expensive.

I love subway it’s the most healthy fast food chain and I love that there’s almost no one else in the stores cause they always have to go and I can just peacefully exist and read a book while eating a good sandwich
