We normally enjoy Kneaders but this order was absolutely horrible. We ordered 5 desserts, and a baguette that never came. It took the store an hour and a half and 2 phone calls from me to get my order to my poor door dasher that was waiting there for over 30 mins. The first dasher quit waiting. Two hours after placing the order, we finally received it and this is what it looked like…The customer service was terrible and so were the pretty expensive desserts. The 2 “slices” of pumpkin cheesecake were $6.99 each. What a waste of everyone’s time and money.

I come here regularly. My preferred dish is the Chunky French toast with a sausage patty and scrambled eggs. The French toast is thick slices of house made cinnamon bread dredged in egg and cooked in the traditional French toast fashion. The eggs are fresh scrambled and seasoned perfectly. The sausage patty is amazing. It comes with fresh whipped cream, fresh cut strawberries, and a house made syrup. The chocolate dome is to die for, all their treats are exceptional. The soups and sandwiches are amazing and the smoothies are made with the freshest fruits and creams.

Honest review, it’s the 1st time ever we went here and it wasn’t as good as we hoped. They do have a Beautiful aesthetic with nice lighting and have a really clean area but the food was lacking. The blended mocha tasted like dirty coffee water, we got the wrong smoothie, and the French toast was almost cold. The sausage croissant sandwich we got wasn’t too good either, instead of a nice crisp brown patty I got this wet gray slab of meat. My girlfriend couldn’t even finish her food or drink because it was so nasty.
Hopefully if we come again it’s a better experience! Paid almost $30 for this.

Everything was amazing. The pastries were a 10 out of 10 the salad a 10 out of 10. The mango smoothie was about a six. It was a little too thin for me. I like mine more thick. The Parmesan chips were about a four I didn’t taste much Parmesan. The tuna on the tuna melt was a 10 out of 10 however, I Didn’t care for the hazelnut 12 grain bread it came on. I ended up picking out the hazelnuts because it was too much going on. But the two itself was really good. Overall, I will definitely come back!

Breakfast croissant & pastries for a Saturday morning outing with my hubby. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the dining area was very clean. We certainly enjoyed our breakfast and would recommend them.

Stopped here for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. I got the ham and cheese breakfast croissant with some coffee and it tasted pretty well. Gently warm is what I like my croissant and they got that right. My wife got the veggie omelette which was okay. I did try some bread which they had for free taste and liked it. It was jalapeno something . They do have a bunch of baked goods options which looked amazing.

We’ve always been Kneaders fans. I’ve been here multiple times. But holy cow the customer service this time was awful! The girl at the register got mine and my mother in laws orders wrong, as well as someone behind us, and then she threw the food away when no one claimed the food she brought out to us. When another girl came over to us to check my order, she said that because the girl at the register got the order wrong that we needed to pay extra to cover the rest of my order. I told her that it wasn’t our fault that the other girl got my order wrong and she said “well if you don’t pay for the extra then it’s going to be on me, and I wasn’t the one who even took your order.” My husband paid the extra so I had food to eat, but we are extremely disappointed! That was extremely poor customer service! The food wasn’t very good either. Once I got it, it had one very thin slice of meat and once small slice of cheese on it, and hair in both sides of my sandwich. I honestly never thought I could be disappointed by Kneaders. The teenage girls working there tonight were awful. We live out of state now and don’t even have a Kneaders near by to go to one that’s better.

Will not go there ever again. Let me tell you why.. so I pull up to the drive through and the employee on the speaker said, ‘We will be right with you.’ I said okay. That’s fine. 10 minutes go past… then I try to get someones attention cause mind you, it’s been 10 minutes in the drive through already. She said, it’s going to be about 10-15 minutes for the wait time. Why didn’t she say that in the beginning instead of me waiting by the speaker the whole time. So I said ok, I drive around to go order inside. I was the second person in line.. go up to order and she says oh it’s going to be about a 10 minute wait. I completely understand and said okay. I tell her what I want.. then I pay. Right after that, she says it’s going to be about a 20 minute WAIT. Why didn’t she say that in the beginning?! So I sat down.. waiting PATIENTLY. About 35 minutes passed by.. and nothing. I only had 30 minutes through my lunch break. I was clocked out for about an hour and a half. Thanks kneaders! I won’t ever be coming here again, nor will I recommend it to anyone else. Do better and have better communication skills.

I come in every day to get food to go and they are always out of something. Smoothies, bacon all the breads .Sorry but how are they still open when half there menus it’s gone. I love the food but why it’s it everyday I come in there. There out and I have been going for 2 weeks every single day and there still out. Then they forget stuff.
