I placed an order on the app today and pick up 4 sandwiches. The order was partially right, but my foot long steak sandwich was awful! I didn’t order mustard on it and it had mustard just oozing out of it. There was very little else in it but mustard. It seems like the top of the mustard container came off into the sandwich while she was making it. I just don’t understand how the person making a sandwich would like a sandwich like that. I didn’t figure it out until I was eating the sandwich at home. I won’t EVER order in this location on the app because you can’t see what you’re getting! I wasted $15 on that sandwich meal because I couldn’t eat it.

Visited this Subway location a couple of days ago. It has been awhile since I was last at this store. Dang! Has the cost of a sandwich gone up, or what!?!? A six-inch sub was over $7.00. They wanted over $12.00 for a foot-long. I could have taken that same $7.00 to Jack’s next door and gotten a complete meal. And I will next time!!!

ordered online two bmt with extra meat and double cheese . Both subs were missing extra meat and cheese, the toppings were completely wrong as if the sub makers don’t read or speak english. Called the store to complain but the owners don’t speak english!

If you plan to order ahead please schedule it 15 minutes earlier than you plan to get it or it won’t be ready. Ordered mine at 9am to be ready at 11:15 am and I showed up at 11:18 and waited 10 minutes for them to even start it

Very dirty, hires staff then treats them like trash especially the younger staff, employees certain ones don’t wear gloves or don’t bother to change them, veggies are rancid, rude owner! Just all around horrible subway!

The counter are where the meat and vegetables can be seen, was cleaner than i have ever seen before. The vegetables were all fresh, and the service was AMAZING!

I am absolutely FLABBERGASTED & LIVID. I’ve been to this establishment on multiple occasions. I was less than satisfied with the time it took to get my food, but i was understanding. The food was usually good, so I can let that go. they put a pretty small amount of meet on the sandwich, and when I asked is that all that really goes on it, I got a nod, and let it go. But THIS? I cannot. The employee cut my tomato with a dirty knife. She grabbed one from under the counter and just cut the tomato. A DIRTY KNIFE. It was clearly dirty, as it had mayonaisse or some type of white spread on it. Just disgusting. I didn’t address it then as the line had about 5 other people in, but this is unacceptable. Its a shame, cause the sandwich tasted good. The Garlic Steak & Provolone on Ciabatta. But I’d rather pack my own lunch than go somewhere that an employee is not paying enough attention to sanitary food safety practices. I won’t be coming back.

Ordered online from there today. I always get the ultimate but I am unable to add extra cheese online no biggie I can put some extra on from home. Cheese is the most important ingredient to me and it has 2× provolone on this sandwich. I dont know what that means I’ve yet to see any extra slices on mine ever no different than 1× provolone. Anyway today no cheese at all every online order I’ve gotten in the past year has been missing something or I’ve gotten a 6in instead of a footlong. Subway costs way too much to look like what they serve here. Do better please all you have to do is read the ticket.i can overlook mistakes but 12 + in a year on online orders from Dadeville store is ridiculous.

Ordered online, had to get into line just so my order would be made. I ordered two footlongs. When I finally got it. It was 1 ft. Long and one 6 in but I had stood there long enough and there was a crowd behind me. I didn’t even complain. Just left. I don’t blame the young man behind the counter because he was the only one there. But it seems to be an issue with this store that they don’t staff for rush hours. I’d like my 6-in reimbursed since I was shorted.
