Mckenna was so sweet she let me hang out for 2 hours while the place wasn’t busy and I waited for my husband to get a few runs in before lunch. I read my book and she came over to make sure I was doing okay 🙂

Then we ordered lunch before the rush! I had the $14 garden salad with no chicken. It was okay, but I was craving something light and cleansing so I had no other option haha. Instead of the vinaigrette I wish I’d tried a different dressing. My husband got the $18 pesto chicken sandwich and he said it was delicious the fries were great.

There really is no place to just hang out at Brundage, so if there’s a next time I’ll get coffee here (instead of Base Camp) so I don’t feel guilty just chillin!

I overheard that the little lodge by bear chair had great chicken tenders and other food options but they were closed today, and were trying to open by Christmas!

Very disappointed with neon yellow/green hair waitress. I know this is small resort restaurant and hard to find employees but maybe wait staff not needed. Everyone orders and picks up their food , like most places where they can’t find wait staff. She was rude.

Ski resort food is never a great bang for your buck, but this felt like an even lower bar. Food was edible, but I’ve had better meals at gas stations. My beer tasted a bit skunked. But at least we got to see free live music on a beautiful Friday evening

Sierra is by far the best waitress I have ever had! Her energy could bring a smile to anyone! I am visiting from Nevada, the resort and Sierra had a huge part in making my experience and trip here an amazing one!! I will absolutely be back in the future!

It’s honestly shocking how some of the staff here treat their customers. Our server, when I asked a simple question, responded in a curt and dismissive tone. I brushed it off at first, thinking everyone has bad days, but what really struck me was his consistently rude attitude toward other patrons as well. By the time the bill came, I decided not to leave a tip based on his behavior.

What happened next was appalling. He actually chased me out of the restaurant and publicly berated me in front of a small crowd for not tipping him. I couldn’t believe the audacity or sense of entitlement. It’s baffling that someone like this is employed and even more so that the mamgament here seems to find this kind of behavior acceptable.

In summary, customer satisfaction is clearly their lowest priority. The food was passable, but absolutely not worth the price, especially with such a disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The “old lodge” at Brundage will always hold a special place in my heart. So many good times in there.

Drinks and atmosphere was great for apres, but wouldn’t recommend the $18 nachos – absolutely smothered in the fake orange nacho cheese sauce that comes out of the machine. Kids $10 Mac and cheese was from a box similar to Kraft, which can be a great thing depending on your kid!

I would give this restaurant a zero if I could because the service was the absolute worst I’ve ever had. Our waitress, Sierra, was impatient and rude from the moment we sat down. She refused to split our groups bill and was disrespectful when we did not put a tip on the card (when we had all planned on leaving cash tips). She kicked us out saying that we had stayed for too long when we had only been there for 40 minutes, and when she told us she would get us the manager, she never did. It’s such a shame because it put such a damper on what could have been a great day of skiing.

The Porky Pig Mac was delicious and the beer was cold. It has a local ski spot feel that is endearing and the staff that helped us were friendly. We had a group of 4 and they were willing to split our checks.

If you go here avoid having sierra as your waitress. The food was honestly good but the service from sierra was terrible she was rude and demanding. Then after we decided she didn’t deserve a tip because of how rude she’d been she freak out and tried to kick us out while we were still eating.
