I have a feeling my sandwich was tampered with. I placed an online order and when I picked it up the 2 girls gave me a strange look and then when I was walking out laughed. When I got home my sandwich was completely soaked and the bread was mush. I threw it in the garbage and called the store immediately to speak to someone. 3 times and no answer.

I stopped by after work exhausted, as soon as I walked in lidia helped us, she was very prompt, simultaneously making both sandwhiches, ( toasting one while prepping the other) what amazed me was how she prepped them, instead of just throwing the cheese on the sandwhich like others do, she placed it carefully on both sides of bread so that when filled w veggies both sides would have melted cheese. She was so efficient that getting my meals felt just like a couple mins. And no matter how exhausted i was, my mood changed thanks to her friendlines and prompt service. Definitely deserves a raise

I had a great experience at Subway thanks to an employee named Adwni. He was very clean and organized while preparing the food, and everything was done quickly without feeling rushed. He also had great customer service—polite, respectful, and welcoming. It’s always nice to be helped by someone who takes pride in their work. Keep it up, Adwni!

Greedy owner apparently doesn’t accept the coupons that got sent to my house literally a block away. Why is Subway sending me coupons if you penny pinchers don’t even accept them like every other location? Won’t be back here. Whole reason I went is because we had coupons and greedy location ruined it. Plus the workers are rude.

Love the close location, but! Don’t waste your time customizing your sammich if ordering online. It’s hit or miss. You need to go to the fridge when you get home to add lettuce and stuff to whatever you got. This last time was closer. They got the bread right!

Pathetic customer service, rude behavior, shouldn’t recommend this place ever. I ordered on a new year. It was showing in subway app it is open till 10 pm. I went there ordered from outside and the order got confirmed i tried going inside it was locked. The employee said its closed. And just ignored me. No response on any of the thing i asked. And never even got the refund. It seems they need to cancel the order. But they accepted but never given.

Terrible service at this subway. Do not go here. The lady who made our sandwiches was very rude and acted like she didn’t want to make our sandwiches. She argued with me that a meal came with (1) cookie and not (2) even though the menu right behind her says (2) she told me I was wrong until other people in line reiterated what the menu states. This whole process took about 3 times as long as it needed to and she still got a a few things wrong with our food. Go anywhere else.

BEWARE!!! I ate here twice, and then got food poisoning. It was awful. They leave their meat and veggies out and do not refresh them. As soon as I ate my food my stomach felt really weird. They also skimped on how much meat and veggies they used too. When I would ask for more they had a really bad attitude. Upon reading the reviews from over the years it’s clear this location is only still in business because of the “Subway” brand name.
Check out Parkside Deli right up the street instead!!

These guys are not professional, they told me that they can’t toast with vegetables and asked if I need it or not. When I told about other stores they did it with very awkward face expressions. If you don’t like your work, don’t work but don’t treat customers like this! Hope management can see this and improve their staff behavior!
