Walked in Jen the manager gave me attitude when she asked what I wanted asked her if she wants to take my order she said I guess so gave her my order demanded the other nice woman to finish cause now Jen the manager is upset she had to cook walked to the back did not ask if I wanted it to go or nothing just attitude from the beginning to the end and she’s a manager of all things if you have management like that no wonder the store barley has anyone coming in………. Just tossed my food in the box as well……

Food is extremely hit or miss. I’ve had some really good experiences, and also some terrible ones. Sometimes I wonder if they are maintaining safe temperatures for the food. There has been instances where the chicken strips were consistently cold. Makes me a little worried.

They have repeatedly closed at 8:45 or 8:50 despite claiming to be open to 9:00pm. Also the workers their are often rude and rolling their eyes, almost acting as if they are annoyed that they have to help you.

The food was terrible. Ice cream was melted by the time we waited 20 minutes to get to the window. Service was terrible to the point. They got my order wrong, and this younger Hispanic gentleman was nothing but disrespectful. Didn’t even say a word after having to wait another 10 minutes for them to fix their mistake. Will never make the mistake of giving this place another chance, what a waste of time, money, and quite frankly oxygen.

0/5 Worst DQ in the area. Found wire or fishing line maybe packaging rope inside my burger. Very poor experience. Won’t be back to this location. If you so choose to visit this location yourself be sure to check your order inside and out thoroughly.

No one said anything to us in drive thru after we ordered. She took our money and not a hi, how or you, not a word anywhere to be found. When she handed us our food again not a word, no thank you, have a good day, not a word. Got back to our hotel and the food is old. The fries are not edible they are so cold a hard. The chicken straps are soggy. We have never been to a dq that didn’t make the food when you ordered. I guess we have now. Worst dq we have ever been to.

I’m giving it a 3 because our ice cream was good but like previous comments the Lady at the drive through said not one word. If we see this as a reoccurring problem I would highly suggest fixing it.
