Since the Restaurant is called “Wings to Go” I tried the wings with two sauces: Jamaican jerk and golden garlic. Both were enjoyable, though the former was a bit sweet.
Three entirely distinct culinary idioms in one meal seemed excessive, so I opted to save the pizza for another occasion: the Sicilian slice proved good, albeit bread-like in texture, and the regular slice was delicious in the classic New York style—thin and crispy.
Which brings us to the question looming over this restaurant: What is it? A taquería? A pizzeria? A wing joint? Time will tell. Chef Gregorio’s al pastor tacos say ¡Viva Mexico!

I just tried the Chicken Bacon Ranch and Classic Pepperoni pizzas from Wings To Go & wow. The Chicken Bacon Ranch was loaded with crispy chicken, smoky bacon, & a creamy ranch drizzle that brought everything together perfectly. Super flavorful & satisfying. The Pepperoni pizza was just as impressive classic, cheesy, and cooked to perfection with crispy edged pepperoni on a soft, golden crust. Both were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend if you’re craving quality pizza done right!

Humble business with reasonably priced eats. Probably one of the last old school pricing in Hoboken/NJ. Burger with fries and a can of soda for $10, that’s a deal you don’t see anymore.
Gregorio is a chill dude. I order my pizza here all the time for pizza parties for my high school kids (I’m a coach). Quick service and the staff is extremely kind. I believe it’s family operated. Support the local eats!

A small and cozy space to enjoy a variety of wings, burgers, sandwiches and wraps all for ~$10. Stopped over after work and had a pizza margherita and gyro tacos – all delicious! The owner was great to speak with, too. Definitely coming back soon.

Love the food here! The wings are some of the best in Hoboken for sure. Super crispy and a good amount of sauce. Pizza is solid and the other food options are good too. Excellent value for money. Plus, it’s nice to support a family-owned business. Highly recommended!

I read the reviews, and from what the general opinions are, that is a good place. They were wrong – it is a GREAT place. I ordered wings with the Jamaican Jerk sauce – DELICIOUS!! I also ordered the zeppoles and the coleslaw – both were excellent as well…It is walking distance from my place, and they were ready on time! All the other reviews of the place being great are accurate! Try them – I think you agree with this review! Great job Wings to Go! I will definitely go to them again!
