I walked into this Dunkin, happy as heck. Seeing everybodies facies light up when they saw me was something out of this world. I was going through a lot at this time. My dog died, my brother died, and my mom is in the hospital. I was seriously overwhelmed and stressed out; I started to go into a depression. On this day, Janurary 31st; I walked into the Dunkin as usual and was greeted by this nice man, William Zhao. I highly recommend everybody gets serviced by William Zhao, he got my order right and even told me I have a pretty smile. It not only made my day, it made my life. He also got my 3 orders of hashbrowns correct and he handed it to me and said “I hope you have a spectactular day today ma’am. By the way, you are so pretty.” I will be going to this Dunkin again, highly recommend!!!!

Drive thru was fast but doesn’t mean much when your order is wrong and the workers are rude. Normally I wouldn’t write a review like this but having my order basically thrown into my car window while the worker says nothing is pretty pathetic.

Went here with my mom we asked if the have croissant got told yes then asked for two egg , maple bacon on a croissant and got told they only have one egg which we said ok will get that and one with just bacon on it they said ok. Then got to the window and got told that they don’t have croissant at all.. Told them that is what we asked and asked why lie about it and they didn’t know what else to say but sorry.

This might actually be the most incompetent Dunkin’ Donuts location in New England which in it’s own way is kind of impressive. I understand why they keep the mobile orders where people can’t reach them so they wont be stolen BUT maybe pause the gossip huddle when people come in so they’re not waiting for 10 minutes. I travel all over New England and I’ve been to a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts so I know not to have high standards but it’s actually pretty incredible how you can guarantee with 100% accuracy that this location WILL get at least one thing wrong on every item you order. Large black iced coffee? Get wrecked, you’re getting a medium with cream and don’t waste your time trying to correct it because someone with hard packed dirt under their nails and enough grease in their hair that they became a fire hazard 6 years ago will come out of the shadows and just blankly stare at you until you leave. Oh, you want bacon and cheddar omelet bites? Well we don’t have any so you’re getting a cold egg patty instead and if you don’t like it you can stuff it where the sun don’t shine (they also don’t tell you they’re out, they just give you whatever they feel like and you get to find out what they picked when you open the bag later). It’s truly breathtaking that this location manages to defy the laws of customer service and basic hygiene and yet they’re still allowed to unlock their doors every morning and let the general public inside. If you have to order at this location make sure you do it online because if you order in store you’ll have to stand at an empty counter for 5-15 minutes and once you finally flag someone down they may growl and snap at you.

1 star is generous. This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in New England. The staff is untrained and unkind. Just yesterday I was yelled at by an employee for letting them know my order was wrong. I wouldn’t recommend, 0/10 for me dawg.

Usually a pretty decent Dunkin but I had to leave a review this time because I would have liked a little more coffee with my ice. Those guide lines for the ice out to make it pretty simple to know how much to put in but my large iced drink had ice all the way to the top

Employees are not knowledgeable with items or new items. What are the Butter Pecan Frozen coffee. In the ad the whipped cream and toppings look soooo good!!! But when I pull up to the window ♀️looked like he put whipped cream on 2 hours before.. when I say something they tried telling me that’s how its supposed to be.. wow… as im grabbing the coffee his hands were dirty and the filth under his nails they should be wearing gloves! And to think i almost got something to eat. Hope its not like this for someone else, I know i will NEVER go there AGAIN!!!

I went to the drive thru to order my coffee and sandwich and I was told to come inside next time to order sandwiches and that kind of stuff. The employees was very rude and a long-haired guy did not said any word while gave me my order. I felt very disappointed as a customer. I’m spending my money on it and it is expensive. They have to understand this is not for free!
