We ordered the Original Chicken Sandwich, which is trying to imitate Chic-Fil-A’s Chicken Sandwich, but it does not come close, if you want a chicken sandwich , you are better off getting one somewhere else for a better price and great taste, even KFC and Popeye’s chicken sandwiches are way better. We also ordered the battered onion rings, they needed salt and we did not get anything to dip them in. Tried it once, will no be going back.

Two stars simply because the workers are nice and friendly. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru line (expected, being that it’s newly opened) to only be disappointed upon receiving my food. I ordered the classic sandwich combo meal. The curly fries were overcooked and not fresh. The sandwich had absolutely NO FLAVOR, chicken was bland, dukes Mayo also lacked flavor. Meal cost about $11, not worth it. I currently cannot recommend going here.

Very bad value for the price. This is a $9 salad. I’ve attached the picture of the salad on the menu for comparison. I was waiting and waiting for this place to open and it could not have been more disappointing. Chick-fil-et is just down the street so these guys need to step it up or it won’t just be the chickens on the chopping block.

Today was my first time there. The wings were too too greasy and not clean enough for me. That gulk that I thoroughly clean off my chicken was still on the chicken. I will NEVER order wings again. I also ordered the tenders. They were good. I really liked them and the curly fries. So they will be my go tos at Freebyrd. The BarBQ sauce is good. The wings came with fries and a drink for $9 +. The 6 wings were $6 or 7. Average price for fast food.

Honestly…I ordered the original freebyrd sandwich combo and the pickles tasted like cucumbers and the sauce was unpleasant with a bad smell. We also ordered the chicken tender box, the chicken had absolutely no flavor and we’re also watery and the breading was falling off. Cole slaw was bland and the only thing you tasted was salt. ONLY THING THAT WAS EATEN WAS FRIES. I was super excited for a new fried chicken restaurant but honestly I’ll stick with Chick-fil-A.

The bread was so mushy it was like they soaked it in water first. Chicken was NOT even remotely crispy soggy is more like it. Only good thing is the fries.

The moonshine bbq chicken sandwich was good. On the hand, the grilled chicken sandwich was also good but… it was sooo small compared to the buns, it’s giving chicken thigh energy rather breast.

Ordered a chicken combo without bacon and of course bacon was on it, fries were disgusting, tasted like the oil was old and burnt, only reason why I didn’t return it was because I’d have to sit in that godforsaken line for another 30mins, congratulations Freebyrd, cause that’s the last $10.97 u’ll ever see from me!… On the bright side, my dog did seem 2njoy it, didn’t add the fries, it would’ve definitely been the turn-off for her!… Please, go anywhere else!!

Pretty solid sandwich, the sauce and pickles are excellent. My only complaint would be that the chicken could have been left in the fryer for a little longer to get a better crisp on it, but this is their soft launch and it was the lunch rush when I got my food. I will probably be back though, the prices are not bad for food that’s not as processed as most fast food places. Also the wings were a bit skimpy but the flavor was good. Hoping those things are addressed between now and the full opening.
