Really disappointing experience. The cashier who was preparing the food ( Jamaira) was on the phone the entire time, so we had to repeat ourselves multiple times. Even after that, the order was still wrong — we asked for onions and she put oil instead. What was worse is that she didn’t see anything strange about it and didn’t seem to care. Very unprofessional and frustrating service. Management should be more careful about who they hire.

I stopped in Subway in Hardeeville tonight to get a sandwich for my wife who was on the phone with me she can be very indecisive at times. The excellent gentleman behind the counter patiently waited as I slowly passed the information from the phone to him. This man crafted 1 of the best subs ever made. A true Craftsman. Subway would do well to keep him around and maybe make him a manager. Better yet his own franchise. the young man had worm on his name tag. Thank you for taking pride in your work

We came in for breakfast m, no flatbread and no eggs so we got lunch sandwiches. The wheat bread is stale and hard. The girl rang up our orders on the computer and then made our sandwiches with the same gloves – gross! Our order was to go, no napkins in the bag .

2 years ago: Meats mixed. If somebody can’t eat meat but they can have tuna then the meat is mixed with tuna. They can’t wrap a sandwich either.

Went into the store at 10:30pm only to be told by lazy red bald headed Heffa that they are closed but Gas Station Worked stated that they don’t close until 11pm… Do Better !!!!

My wife and I came in yesterday afternoon. There were 3 young ladies working. One of the young ladies had long hair not tied back. Every time she would go to reach into the furthest container, her hair would slide across my wife’s sandwich she was preparing and also into the toppings. This happened multiple times and the employee was aware as she kept flipping her hair back.

We ordered online and the sandwiches were ready by the indicated time. However, the sandwich’s were nothing like we ordered. They gave us the correct meats but the incorrect cheese, half of the different toppings we asked for, no sauce or dressings, and all of these things are on the receipt. How is it that difficult to look at the receipt and build the sandwich? And yet they expect tips. Garbage.
