We had such a nice experience at Bruster’s even with the snowy wheather. My husband went up to the window to order, and the staff was so kind and helpful. They even bagged our order properly and brought everything out to our car so we didn’t have to stand outside in the cold which we really appriciated. Special thank you to Oscar and Fatima for the amazing customer service. They were very patient, polite, and caring, which is not easy to find these days. I ordered 2 pints with 2 waffle bowls on the side, and everything was packed nicely even though it was snowing. It is very rare to see this kind of generuosity and effort now a days. Thank you for making our cold day feel much warmer. We will surely be coming back again!

I’ve been to several Brusters and this one stands out because of their efficiency. Their staff is extremely quick, polite and understanding with dairy sensitive questions. They do have dairy free options as well as warn against dairy options for those who are sensitive. They have an amazing corner location in a shopping center. Will definitely be back.

I got in line on a Sunday evening as a way to mark the end of summer, and I was pleasantly surprised to see a line of 6-8 people to place their orders and another 4-6 people waiting for their ice cream on the other side. Service at both counters was friendly and efficient given the number of customers. I waited for what seemed like five minutes or so which I thought was reasonable. Others ate their ice cream around the store, but I took my ice cream away so I could freeze one for the next day and eat the other.
The flavor selection was more diverse than what I had seen at a couple of other ice cream parlors. Not being as much a chocolate or nut fan as most, I was able to sample four more fruity flavors in two small cups for just over $10 total. The textures for all four scoops were predictably smooth throughout. The pie-flavored scoops of key lime and apple crunch had the brightest tastes for me. I liked the crunch element for the apple pie scoop, and I found the bright green color for the key lime appealing (I hope it was not artificial). The banana scoop was also quite satisfying, even if I had a deeper flavor elsewhere. The blackberry looked the part, and I would have liked a more assertive flavor to go with the purple color.
I thought getting the variety of flavors for under $3 a scoop proved to be a decent value for the area with friendly service, so I could see myself visiting in the future if I wanted a more unique ice cream flavor or two or three or four.

They do the basic flavors really well. Good green tea. The Oreo didn’t have a lot of Oreo so it was mostly vanilla. You pick up at the side, and there is ample seating at the benches/tables. Very cute and quick place to get ice cream. Not the best, but not bad by any means. Also really nice that they open later than most establishments around the area.

See images. This many mini Reese’s cups in a small pint of chocolate peanut butter buckeye. Every small bit included 5-6 Reese’s cups. I want some iced cream with my candy bars. Terrible tasting. It’s also not “chocolate peanut butter” in the classic sense. It’s like a tan ice cream — probably meant to be chocolate IDK — without any Pb swirls. The peanut butter comes from these hard chocolate Reese cups. Just disgusting.

My go-to Ice cream spot! They have different flavors everyday but depending on your taste you might not like the special flavors, then again that’s all personal preference. The basics flavors are done well if you want something basic. Portions are generous and so is the price.

This is real yummy ice cream. They had a good selection of toppings to choose from. We tried the Sunday and it was really good. The combination of warm chocolate and peanut butter syrups made it terrific. I can’t wait to come back and try their waffle cones. The smell was intoxicating
