I absolutely love this place, it was my favorite breakfast spot during my stay in Ketchum! Best breakfast burrito I’ve had and their chocolate croissants are delicious. Yummy coffee as well. The atmosphere is super cozy and staff is very friendly! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

I’ve been here several times. Bread and baked goods are delicious. Don’t bother getting coffee here. It sucks. The staff consistently gets drink orders incorrect and will serve cold drinks hot and vice versa. Their consistency with to go orders is okay, I’ve had stuff come out on time and other times they have completely forgotten about my order. If your order is forgotten you should expect rushed-quality food to make up for it. I only recommend this place for bread loaves and baked goods. It is forgettable as a cafe.

Everything I’ve eaten here is delicious! Their sourdough is the best I’ve ever had. Everyone is always friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing.

Loved this place. All the menu items looked delicious. We ordered the breakfast burrito, turkey club, chili, egg salad sandwich and panini sandwich. Great portions of food, fresh ingredients and my friends were raving about the fries. This restaurant reminds me of how Panera Bread started out back in the day. Fresh, delicious home cooked meals. (Unfortunately, Panera is not so good now.)
Waitstaff are super friendly. The interior decor is cozy and I loved seeing the boutique type items for sale. Btw grab a bag of ginger snap cookies. Yummy snack on our plane ride home.

First year in many years that we purchased pies and disliked all 3 pies. Something has changed with the recipes, no flavor in pumpkin pie- no taste of cinnamon and other pumpkin pie like flavors. No actual cherries in the cherry pie- almost like canned gel cherries were used- whole organic cherries were previously used in past pies. Lastly, pecan pie didn’t have the custard like filling that it usually does.
The photos might be deceiving but the taste is not what we expected for $16/pie.
We not expect to buy pies from here again, and will not recommend to others.

I really wanted to love everything about this bakery, but there’s one thing that keeps me from giving it full marks—the guy at the checkout. He comes off as a bit of an arrogant prick, almost like he’s mad at the snow or just having a bad day every day. It’s such a contrast to the rest of the experience here.
The coffee is rich and flavorful, and the breakfast? Absolutely delicious. Everything else about this place hits the mark, but that one person makes it hard to fully enjoy. I’ll probably still come back because the food is that good, but I really hope they address the attitude issue—it would make such a big difference.

Great food! This place is spacious and has lots of room to dine in or sit outside on the patio. Gluten Free menu in a bakery is HUGE! Thanks Bigwood! Josh, from locally made Party Animal Vodka, said to get the Philly. He was right! Yum! We’ll be back!

I love this place! Every time I go to Sun Valley I hit Bigwood for breakfast. The staff are always happy and friendly. The huevos rancheros is by far my favorite. But legit everything is amazing. They have amazing bakery and pasty items. Mmm so good!

Fantastic, the bowls were really good and not too heavy! Just what we needed! Paired with the breakfast super filling. Loved the parsnip in the ida bowl!

The food was good, but way too many tortilla strips on the second meal. The pastry section was okay, but there are better places to get bread in Ketchum. The granola and yogurt was great, highly recommend.
