I am so happy to know that the manager Hailey is now back working.. Every time I go in there from the hours of 1 to 3 or 4 PM she’s usually there, knows my order in-and-out, and takes really good care of me. If you’re in there just double check and ask for her and sir and she will get your food order in-and-out.

Group delivery order to nearby business. Delivery driver was nice! Placing order was easy on the app. Delivery was fast. THEN WE RECEIVED THE ORDER!!!! 6 sandwiches and none of them were labeled. 3 of the sandwiches were the italian night but each one was different. Those 3 sandwiches were labeled “9”. The other 3 sandwiches had no label or markings. They were 3 different sandwiches. I called the restaurant to see if I have possibly missed some markings or some way to differentiate the 6 sandwiches. The female employee was unapologetic and told me to open each sandwich and figure it out.I said this is unacceptable she responded, ” tell me what you want me to do about it.” There were no napkins or extra mayo packets tgat that were requested in the app. Disappointed.

The other day I ordered a sandwich from this restaurant, my gosh it was delicious. The most awesome bread and tasty as could be. Tonight I ordered one, what a truly disappointing sandwich, I could barely chew through the bread and the meat didn’t taste fresh. It was out for delivery 5 minutes after I ordered it but didn’t arrive until 45 minutes later. This sandwich had to have been made and sitting there a hour or more before I ordered it. That just sucks!!!

I usually order through the app and have no issues. Today the wrong item was delivered and the driver through Uber eats messed up and left with my sprite. I called up the store and they are getting me my correct item and drink. Awesome service and I really appreciate them making it right!

I just came from this place. I ordered without any issues. They actually put HALF of my order on ONE side of my sandwich ?!?! I politely walked back in to request that they put the rest of the ingredients on my sandwich. THEY ALL STOPPED AND LOOKED NONSTOP AT ME IN DEAD SILENCE., THE ENTIRE STAFF. The guy made it very obvious that he did NOT want to HEAR or HELP me. The whole experience was GHETTO and embarrassing. I will NEVER go back. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY THERE.

There were 2 people in front of me and the guy who made their orders put them in bags and handed them directly to them. When he finished my order he did not put it in a bag. Instead, he just set it on the counter and walked away. I had to ask for one. Not very welcoming to Black customers.

Alex was the only person working when I walked in, he had just started making three other sandwiches when I ordered. I was still in and out within 10 minutes. My food was made with accuracy and it was honestly one of the most pleasant JJ’s experiences!!

The food is great here, but every time I have to order over the phone for delivery its hit or miss. We are 1.9 miles from the store, they deliver to my house – have for YEARS – but every now and then I get an employee who tells me they don’t deliver here (and they are never nice about it.) If they were kind about it I would just drive down because its 3 min from my house, but from time to time I feel a bit lazy lol. This company has to figure out something to help their employees, either they don’t pay well or they do zero training.

The sandwich was not made as requested. I’m not sure if the guy didn’t hear me or not. The bread was hard and could not eat it. I did go later in the evening. So it may be best to go earlier around lunch time
