I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The restaurant was extremely dirty — tables were not cleaned, the floor looked neglected, and the overall atmosphere felt unsanitary. Even the grill area looked dirty and poorly maintained, which is very concerning in a place that prepares food right in front of customers.
The food quality was also very poor. The ingredients did not taste fresh, and the meal was not prepared with care. For the price you pay, I expected much better quality and consistency.
On top of that, the customer service was unprofessional and unfriendly. The staff seemed uninterested and lacked basic courtesy, which made the experience even worse.
I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this visit was unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and improves cleanliness, food quality, and customer service.

I walk in to place my order. The first gentleman asks what I’d like, and I tell him, “Burrito.” Beside him, a kid with swagger and high energy fires off rapid-fire questions—beans? meat? cheese or no cheese?—so quickly I lose track.
He starts wrapping the burrito, but the tortilla tears. I figure he’ll just rewrap it, but nope: the whole crew silently decides to wrap another tortilla around the first. I can already tell it’s not going to hold and say so. A woman next to him insists, “Yeah it is.” In my head I’m thinking, “No way.”
The polite cashier, clearly aware, asks if I’d like a tray “just in case.” I pay and leave, curious to see how this double-wrapped creation holds up.
Spoiler: it doesn’t. I have undress it to eat, thing unravels into a mess. Annoyed, I can’t help thinking: the customer is always right—even when it’s unspoken. See photo. DO BETTER

Ordered 3 meals and chips with Guacamole for pickup. Not even 10 minutes later, all three meals were cold and the Guacamole was browning. Definitely not fresh food. Save your money, dont order from this location!

I took my family there for a late lunch. 3 adults and a toddler. We ordered 2 bowls, a burrito and a kids quesadilla. The girl didn’t know how to make the kids quesadilla, even though it’s on the menu. From walking in the door to getting our food was about a half hour. Rice was hard as a rock, meat was lukewarm at best! Everything is filthy! Trash and food all over the floor. Even the few tables we tried to sit at were sticky. This place is disgusting and we won’t be returning.

I can’t believe I spent $15 here the service was terrible I asked the cashier to tell the guy who was making my bowl not a lot of rice she looked directly at me heard what I said look towards him and did not relay what I was saying they were out of majority of the items that should be at the serving station so the boy had to go to the station where they make Uber eats orders to complete my order. I have a entire bowl of rice a pinch of lettuce and a pinch of steak I also added a small drink when I got my cup to fill at the station of drinks there was nothing in the lemonade containers lazy is a understatement unorganized is a compliment. This isn’t the first time here and both times it’s the same outcome . Please hire experienced old people to attend to these young. Very displeased won’t be returning

This Chipotle is an absolute disgrace. The restaurant is filthy in the kitchen and in the dining area. Food and stains is literally splattered all over the kitchen. I ordered a chicken bowl and the chicken was burnt. The grill is completely black and filthy and hasn’t been cleaned since the store opened. Missing several items as well. The wait time is extremely long. The staff looks disinterested, lethargic, and some of them are rude. Will not attend this location anymore. Too many bad experience!!

Come here if you’d like to wait 25 minutes for an order that isn’t even correct no matter what you ask for. 2 people in line ahead of me and nobody’s order was taken for at least 8 minutes. Also cash in rendered useless at this establishment because the employees have seemed to revert to primal instincts and can’t open a cash register. And that isn’t even touching on how lazy and small the portions are. Shoutout to this lady for the ounce of chicken paired well with my rice and extremely enormous amount of cheese even though I specifically requested “a little” more than 2 times.

Ridiculously inconsistent. Food either tastes great, or bland. Portions are either filled to the brim, or barely a snack. I was asked to get my own fork for my online order – for some reason the employee grabbed it from my hand, by the prongs with his bare hand, and proceeded to place it into my bag
