I’m honestly surprised by Lorraine’s awful review because my experiences here have been nothing but great! The team has always been friendly, quick, and attentive day and especially night. My orders are always fire and exactly what I ask for. Mistakes happen anywhere, but this crew consistently goes out of their way to make things right and keep customers happy. It’s clear they work hard and care about their service. Don’t listen to grumpy customers who have their undies in a twist.

I love pot belly’s a wreck is my go to sandwich. I haven’t been to one in years but they definitely put a lot less meat in their wrecks now. With inflation I guess they needed to make adjustments like other restaurants. They weren’t shy about the veggies though! Service here was excellent, fast, and friendly!

Not impressed. We both ordered the “big” size $2.00 more per sandwich and yall call these big? I wonder what the regular sandwich looks like, yikes! My fiance was more upset with his because it barely had any mozzarella on it and it was their mozzarella sandwich. My turkey was okay, but the bread was super hard to eat. Maybe was cooked too long? Overall, we never eat at Potbelly’s and now most definitely wont order again.

Whole staff was acting upset that we wanted to order. Guess you have to special request sauce on the meatball sandwich. Lady taking our order rolled her eyes after each item we ordered. No one else was in the restaurant so two people ordering to go was too much for them.

Was stuck in the drive through for almost an hour. When I got to the speaker, was told repeatedly “we’re not ready for you yet” for over 20 minutes. After finally placing my order, it was just shy of 40 more minutes before I had food in hand.
I like potbelly, but it’s faster to drive past this location and go to the next closest potbelly.

Order the chicken salad salad and did not even receive a full serving of the chicken salad. The container was half full and hardly any chicken salad. In all honesty, it was a pathetic half serving of chicken salad.

Food wasn’t as hot as expected but the service was great! A Hispanic lady attending me was ultimately the sweetest lady and had a smile on her face the whole time we ate there! Love stopping by and dining in!
