The location and setting is really cool! My guess though is this place is better for breakfast and lunch. Dinner was very underwhelming. Go somewhere else for dinner. Cafe in the name should have given that away I suppose. The two items we came for were no longer on the menu or out of stock. If by fresh vegetables, they mean freshly out of the plastic packaging and luke warm out of the microwave. Then they certainly were fresh. Wish we would have gone somewhere else with so many great food locations on the island.

It was okay, nothing exceptional. Would probably not eat here again. We (8 of us) got the calamari and fries x2 – fries delicious, calamari mediocre; Kaua’i burger with pineapple – good; a monster burrito – good, but to small for a 17 yo boy: fish and chips – good; baja tacos – delicious, yummy, fresh; ahi tostada – absolutely not, looked delicious, cut into the dish it was stringing wouldn’t come apart – would not recommend & steak and seafood – loved it.

We always make a point to eat here when on island. Service can be a little slow but everyone is nice and pleasant and makes up for it. The second story open air location is unique and fun to watch the street activity below. We’ve enjoyed everything we’ve tried here from burgers and fish to pasta! Huge portions for Kaua’i and so tasty!

Stopped at this place on the way north, based on a friend recommending it, and really glad we did. The food was great, all staff were friendly and welcoming, plus we had a great view to people watch in the town. Stopped a few days later on the return trip to do it all again!

It is on the 2nd floor. The air felt so fresh and relaxed. The team members are very friendly. We ordered Coffee, Banana Macadamia Pancakes, Loco Moco, and Crab Cake and Eggs. They are so super delicious. Highly recommend this place.

The breeze is nice while eating. I had the loco moco, first time ever. I liked it. My daughter had the Hawaiian French toast, it was a little too gooey for her. Not sure why a coffee or soda cost $7. Overall would come back.

We really enjoyed our meal here. Fish tacos were fantastic! I don’t like “fishy” flavor – they were tender and tasted like chicken, for real. Also came with a grilled banana on top that was delicious
Fried calamari was crunchy & tender. French fries were great as well! My husband ordered a Bloody Mary that was huge and came with all the extras. Potato chips looked fresh and homemade
The only thing we weren’t impressed with were the chicken tenders. The breading was too soft and the chicken had a lot of chewy rubbery bits

We ate here twice on our week long vacation. Once for dinner and it was so good we came back a couple days later for lunch. Service was excellent and they had a good variety of food. Burgers and fries were excellent, club sandwich and alfredo pasta was really good. The kahlua burrito was massive and very delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. I only took 1 pic of my burrito

Overall the food is fresh, and the portion is pretty big, that is enough for those who aren’t as hungry or don’t eat much to share.
Coffee and guava juice is good.
Brittnay the server was great, and the food came out pretty prompt.
Great place for casual bite and dining, overlooking the main road.
The booth seating cushion can use some update as it’s pretty torn.

Overall quality of the food is great. The portions were generous and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the kalua pig – it was delicious! However, the Mexican-style dishes, such as the burritos and chips and salsa were seriously lacking.
