At Basement Burger Bar®, our goal is to make exceptional food. Our burgers are made to order, the way you want it and the way you like it, with our easy build-your-own menu concept. Our menu offers over a trillion burger combinations, including 10+ protiens, with vegan options. Our falafel and hummus is created using our mom’s homemade recipes. Our beef has never been frozen and we hand-patty daily. Not in the mood for a burger? No problem! We have a build-your-own salad option. Our vegetables and greens are all locally sourced and delivered daily to ensure they are fresh. Also, try one of our appetizers! I’ve been here so many time, it’s hard to believe I have never reviewed BBB. Overall service had been good. Food is very good usually, but obviously a build your own burger/salad is 100% on you. Beer selection is usually very good with some consistent variety. Has always been a great place to eat, hang out, grab a beer, and sing some lareoke. Glad it’s here, and I’ll be back again soon.

Everything I’ve ever eaten here has been so delicious. I can’t say enough how much I love the burger-your-way menu and absolutely delicious tater tots. Our service is usually fantastic too. I like trying the novelty drinks and playing games upstairs when we have to wait for a table. Sometimes the wait can be long at peak times so definitely glad that the arcade area is there. Also, I had the vegetarian black bean burger once and it fell apart kind of quickly but it was sooo delicious!

The restaurant delivers a pleasant dining experience with well-prepared food and a decent ambience. However, the overall experience was impacted by long wait times we had to wait for a table and then nearly an hour to receive our order. While the quality of the food and atmosphere were commendable, improved service efficiency would make the visit significantly more enjoyable.

Very disappointed. Love Farmington, but the service was terrible. SO SLOW, took over an hour for food and the quesadilla was VERY sad. The menu said loaded with cheese and it was far from that. I could have made a much better one at home. They forgot to add the chicken and the waitress seemed mad that I called it out. Don’t get the quesadilla!!!!! The marg was good at least.

I visited my favorite burger place today, hoping for the same great taste I’ve always loved. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the same this time. The burger didn’t taste as good, and I couldn’t find that familiar flavor I used to enjoy. Really disappointed, as this place was always my go-to for a perfect burger experience.

Food was great. Happy hour kind of a rip off I asked bartender after I got bill and yueng ling is considered a craft beer so higher price. Also she said I order a cider craft beer after 6pm but I know I ordered at 5:58pm. Not a big deal and didn’t want to argue with bartender but felt like rip off since I was charge about $6 more than should have been. The happy hour is what drew me to try this place vs the countless burger and beers bars in the area. Maybe this place needed the money because was not that busy yet. I won’t be back.

Stopped in here the other day because my wife was craving a mushroom bacon, Swiss burger, and this place happened to have a “build your own burger” option which I absolutely loved because you get to pick exactly what you want on your burger. You get a menu and you get to choose the different meat patties, bun, cheese, sauces, and the different toppings for your burger. You also get to pick which temperature you want your burger cooked at so everything is exactly as you ordered it. My wife ordered a mushroom, Swiss bacon burger on a pretzel bun with grilled onions, sautéed mushrooms, bacon, and Swiss cheese. The mushroom, onions and bacon were an extra charge. I ordered a classic burger with ground beef patty, lettuce, white onion, and pickles with a garlic mayo sauce. We also ordered a full order of fries, which was large enough for us to split. For drinks we both ordered a St. Lawrence, which was bourbon and I think lemon juice with muddled oranges in it and maybe maple syrup. I’m not too sure, but it was absolutely delicious. Zach was our waiter/bartender and he did a top-notch job with the drinks. Upstairs they have an arcade/bar, but they were closed when we visited so we might have to check that place out as well. Next time we visit. I definitely recommend this place and we will be returning in the future

Our server was excellent and very friendly. We did have a few issues with our order which required it to be taken back into the kitchen 4 times before it came to the table correct. But they compensated us for that order and also gave us extra tots as an apology.
