i come here quite often but the last few times the food has been old and just not good i ask for stuff off my sandwich’s and they put everything but the meat.. tonight i came and got my food everything was fine but when i got home i noticed there was something black and fuzzy in my sweet tea after drinking about half of it. normally stuff like this wouldn’t bother me i would of just thrown it away and moved on but im pregnant and was craving sweet tea to only realize after drinking about 75% of it that there was something fuzzy and black (i’d assume mold) in my tea.

Manager doesn’t know what he’s doing. Waited 10 mins for 2 double cheeseburgers because he forgot he told me to pull forward for a very simple order no less. The employees had to get his attention for the mistake and there was no apology or smile or anything and it wasn’t even busy. The employees were incredibly nice and keep the place very clean but manager doesn’t have a clue.

I have had the worst week ever and I went to treat myself. The fries were so fresh and hot, I was in and out of the drive through in like 3 minutes, and all my sauces were there. Whoever was on shift 3/9 7:00 pm is killing it!! Seriously made my week so much better.

I’m really impressed with this place. Clean, and I can see why the older gentleman working in the restaurant has been cleaning non-stop since we came in and seems very thorough. He also brought our order and was so humble

I have never in my life rated a McDonald’s but we stopped here on a road trip and they really nailed it. Perfect hash brown. The guy at the window was really nice. They have a 100% rating from the health inspector

”I want to give a huge shout-out to Rebecca at the Wade Green Road McDonald’s. I’m a Dasher, and honestly, picking up orders here can be tough because the front staff often ignores us. Even though Rebecca works in the preparation area, she is the only one who consistently steps up.
Tonight was the second time she stopped what she was doing to come to the window and help me after I rang the bell. Her work ethic is incredible—I even told her she should be running the place! McDonald’s is lucky to have her. My 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ is absolutely for Rebecca specially when your at night dashing

I avoid this location, but stopped this morning because the drive-thru was empty and I thought it would be quick. Ordered breakfast, was told to pull forward to wait, and then sat there for 10 minutes with no one coming out, no explanation, and no line behind me.
I eventually had to leave because I didn’t have time to wait indefinitely or track someone down for a refund. This isn’t a one-off—this location is consistently disorganized. I like McDonald’s breakfast, but this store makes it impossible.

I want to Thank Rebecca wich she works at night, and I was getting a doordash order,i didn’t know they had a window ring to go by, at the drive thru the lady in charge refused to hand me the order wich she wasn’t doing nothing just talking from the windows with a guy on a white truck at the drive thru window,wich he even had his truck turn off and he was the only car at the drive thru so I’m assuming they had been talking for a while when I went to the windows and ring the bell no body come to help me out, and the order was ready because I was able to see it from the window, after probably 10 minutes standing out in the cold because it was very cold , I noticed the young lady at the preparation line stop doing what she was doing and come to the window to assist me, I asked her name she told me her name is Rebecca she is a ver kind person and she was the only working at that time obviously,
She deserved a raise or a higher position definitely, after that she assist me couple more times if it wasn’t for her I absolutely will decline any doordash offer from this location, just because I know she is there is the only reason I’m taking orders from this place by doordash.

UPDATE: The owner didn’t read this review. If they did they would’ve known that it was an issue at the ACTUAL STORE LEVEL AND NOT UNER EATS. Also, if they actually did read this review they would’ve known that I have dealt with corporate before and gotten nowhere and lied to. So if you really want to deal with an owner who doesn’t want to handle anything at their restaurant by all means this McDonald’s is for you!!! If you love your Uber Eats order being delivered stone cold then this is the McDonald’s you definitely want to order from. The fries taste so good cold and slimy. The Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese was wonderful to eat cold and rubbery. The Coke was the only thing that was actually cold but it was so watered down that it was more water than Coke. So if that’s how you like your food then this McDonald’s is for you!!! Also the owner doesn’t care about his establishment when they read these reviews because they only refer you to corporate and I have dealt with corporate before and they only lie to you and they don’t care either. This is obviously a store level issues and the owner won’t do anything about it. So if that’s the kind of customer service you like to experience then this is the restaurant you need to go to. I’m sure you’ll have a wonderful experience like I did!!!
