the food slaps. Legit 10/10. We housed it.
But everything else? Picture a restaurant run by background characters who forgot they were in the scene.
Half the kiosks were down. The other half were having an existential crisis (“Session timed out” — same, honestly). No table numbers in sight. Asked for one, got ignored like I’d just asked for Bitcoin advice. Ended up sneaking one myself like it was a museum heist.
Waited 20 minutes for my food — which, again, was really good — but no cups until we got order and no straws, no napkins, and definitely no chili sauce (I asked for two, was treated like I’d requested a kidney).
While I’m typing this, someone else is complaining at the counter, so at least I wasn’t alone in the Hunger Games: Dining Room Edition.
Pro tip: Drive-thru is the move. Avoid the dine-in chaos, enjoy your great food in peace, and spare yourself the emotional damage. This resteraunt is not a family dine in experience

Ordered uber eats because I’m late stage pregnancy and can’t drive. Have had issues in the past when ordering through uber eats where food comes with the tape not fully secured and making me feel uncomfortable with eating the food. Not with this McDonald’s. Called in and expressed my concerns. The young lady who answered the phone understood the assignment to say the least.

I loved this place, very small dining room but those elderly people enjoying their breakfast was everything for me we couldn’t eat inside because there was no space but you can tell they love having breakfast there. The food was very fresh and the service excellent.

went through the drive-thru to get my wife some unsalted fries. they didn’t. even they just tatted me cold salted fries and I didn’t notice it till I pulled away with the attitude and mood of the people working drive-thru it wasn’t worth going trying to go through and getting the correct order. I just lost the five bucks

Carlos, the manager, spoke to us with total disrespect. Take some leadership classes because your people skills are horrible. The rest of the workers are great but the manager ruined the restaurant for all.

The management and staff are amazing, though I have complaints. I ordered quarter pounders, they came to me near raw, I placed fries on my burgers tried to eat them but the second was just too raw. So I took it to the manager, she was very courteous and had them make me another, that quarter pounder was also very much raw, I again went and showed the manager, asked for nothing to be fixed, handed it to her and asked her to tell her cooks to make sure they cook their burgers a little longer so no one gets sick. Again, great people, just the burgers need cooked through.

Food is ok everything else was bad especially the nasty look i got from the young female employee was as rude as they come cant even be professional enough to act half decent when your representing your place of employment not only to mention i had to wait 10 minutes at the pull up window which they obviously put the fries in the bag first waiting on the sandwiches rookie move cause those were the coldest fries ive ate in my 26 years of existence i would never come here again or recommend to anyone terrible attitudes in the drive through except the older lady who takes payments she was very nice and then u may wait 10-20 for some cold food on top of being crapped on by there employees worst mcdonalds experience ever
