I had an exceptionally good time at this restaurant. My waitress was extremely attentive and possibly one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had. The food was very tasty and my children who are very picky loved it as well. The only thing we did not like was my wife’s email and I believe it was a chicken pasta but everything else was great.

We had a great experience at Craft 31 in Williamsburg. Our server, Alissa, was fantastic—very attentive, friendly, and personable, which really made the visit enjoyable. The atmosphere was fun and lively, and the drinks were good.
Food-wise, the pretzel bites appetizer was fantastic and definitely a highlight. I had the Reuben, which was good overall but could have used a bit more flavor to really stand out. I chose the tater tots side which were crispy and tasty. While the food wasn’t amazing across the board, it was solid.
Overall, a fun spot with great service and a good vibe. We’d come back, especially for the drinks and atmosphere

Service was excellent – Cheyanne was very attentive and helpful. Food was mid – we tried the burger and pizza where were subpar. However, the truffle Parmesan fries were so good they were revolutionary.

We were sat at the bar top tables which is fine, but listening to the loud patrons at the bar was a bummer and the bar area is a major thoroughfare for the place.
I got the Lonestar burger and the wife got the Pub burger. The Lonestar was a bit lacking. Barely any BBQ sauce,(asked for a side of more) and the burger flavor it self was nothing remarkable. Wife enjoys her although it was way to pink.
Overall, decent place. It’s off the tourist path and the locals seem to love it. Burgers are decent but the bar area is over crowded.

On our way to Colonial Williamsburg, we came across Craft 31 Restaurant and decided to stop in for lunch. The hostess greeted us with a big smile and was very friendly. She seated us in the outdoor patio area, which was enclosed for the season. Even with the garage doors closed, the space felt bright, airy, and comfortable.
Our server, Cheyanne, promptly brought us bottled water and menus, introduced herself, and placed a name card on the table so we’d know who she was. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. The manager even stopped by our table and made her way around the entire dining room, introducing herself and making sure everyone was satisfied with their meal and service.
Craft 31 is a great place—highly recommended! Every restaurant should follow their example of providing name cards for servers and having the manager check in with guests after their food is served.

Me and my sister had high hopes for this place based on positive reviews. The restaurant looked really cute from the outside and the decor inside was nice. We got seated promptly and had immediate service. As soon as we ordered our food, everything went downhill. We debated between what we thought was mozzarella sticks or cheese curds before deciding on the mozzarella sticks to our server. Saying mozzarella sticks several times. We also asked about the pulled pork sandwich and the burger both were on the lunch menu. Both highly recommended so that’s what we ordered, with a small Caesar salad. The mozzarella sticks were not mozzarella sticks at all, it was cheesy bread, which is not what we were trying to order. We saw that they had cheesy bread on the menu and what we thought were mozzarella sticks listed underneath. Had we been told that that’s not what we were ordering we would not have gotten in them. We decided to make the best of it and just try them anyways, but my sister is pregnant and it didn’t agree with her at all. I didn’t Care for the cheesy bread either. The waiter was really nice and tried to reassure us that the manager would understand the confusion and would take it off the bill for us, and then came back to let us know that the manager would not be taking it off the bill or doing anything for us. We were still polite and accepted that And just asked for the food to be taken away. We were really hungry At this point, so we tried our salads. The salads had hardly any dressing on them and what it did have tasted really bad. I was still giving them the benefit of the doubt that our entrées would be better because of all the good reviews that I had read. That in fact was not the case, I was asked twice If I wanted my burger, pink or no pink, I said no pink twice my burger was very pink in the middle. It had almost no seasoning, I’ve never had a burger be so dense and dry yet raw in the middle. My sister‘s food she got the barbecue was also very bland. At this point, we were highly disappointed And just wanted to leave. Again, our server was nice, But I would not recommend this restaurant. I did not enjoy any of the food. It was highly disappointing that the manager didn’t take the time to come over and speak to us, especially when the restaurant was almost completely empty. I personally have worked in the service industry for years and we are very easy-going people but honestly, I would not give this a try again, especially for $50. I’m sure there are other good local places to try.

One of, if not, the best restaurants/bars in Williamsburg hands down! Wide selection of food and brews. Something for everyone with dining room, patio and outdoor seating. Have eaten here for many years and it’s never disappointed!

Beautiful restaurant. The food was amazingly good and fast to come out. The beverages were very good as well. We had a flight, and it was nice to get a taste of 4 different beers on tap!
I really liked the pizza options of white and red sauce.

We had a great time here, arrived on a Friday afternoon around 4:30 and were seated right away. We were shown to a table in their covered outside area and it was lovely. Our server Vee was informative and gave great service. We started with a couple of beers and then chose the pimento Cheese as an app. We were notified that our entrees were coming soon which was nice to hear rather than just turn up with them. We chose the crunch burger and the brisket burger. Both dishes were really good and great taste and very well presented.
We had a great time here and would definitely go back.

Met coworkers for lunch and ordered the fried oysters plate. The coleslaw was good but the waffle sweet potatoe fries and oysters were served cold. Would have loved to have been able to ask for hot sauce but the server wasn’t very attentive. Probably would be back if I was to visit the area again.
