this is the worst mcdonalds to go. Every single time they mess up my order. Im sick and tired of it. Id rather drive 10 minutes to go out of my way to get what i want because this one is crap. I dont order anything complicated for it to be wrong. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers without ketchup or mustard and they put it on there. Always get my breakfast bagel wrong as well. I always order bacon egg and cheese bagel and this time gave me sausage last time gave me no egg and the time before that no breakfast sauce. This is the worst experience

I have been to several McDonald’s over the last month. This particular location actually had all of its stuff together. I didn’t wait 15 minutes in the line at the drive through. It was a very nice change.

Staff was very friendly at the drive-through just a bit ago. I got a sausage cheese biscuit. Turned out great. 3 coffees as well. Medium roast and smooth with durable coffee cups & lids! My go to coffee for sure outside making it at home.

Charged when I didn’t make an order! Came to McDonald’s to get a hash brown and didn’t know they weren’t serving breakfast anymore. I had already given them my code through the app for points. My debit card is linked to my account. I left and then saw I got charged $22.15 for an order I didn’t make. I come back to the store and the manager tells me it’s a pending charge and they don’t have an order from someone with that amount which is a lie because it’s on my McDonald’s account plus it charged my bank account. She says the pending charge would fall off which is not how that works. It will indeed go through because they charged my card for someone else’s order! Careless employees who don’t void out an order before letting someone place one. I got no apologies. Just them telling me that I basically don’t know what I’m talking about.

Placed a mobile order for my coworker and I and it was all wrong. Ordered 2 m&m mcflurries and they gave us Oreo. Forgot all condiments and the drinks for the meals. 🙁 when we got to the restaurant to pick it up, after the app told me it was ready, they still hadn’t started working on it until confirming twice what we had and then still gave it to us wrong.

Ordered two double quarter pounder meals and when they where delivered both burgers where pink uncooked raw hamburgers, when I called the lady told me the the burgers are good to eat they was cooked to temperature. The burgers are raw not ok to eat!

Ordered two cheeseburgers with a large fry and Dr Pepper. Received a medium fry which I just took on the chin, no problem. But, about 30 minutes go by before I have the chance to eat, so I reheat one of my burgers in its wrapper. No patty…no meat…where’s the beef? I received what I call a McCheese Sandwich and the second one, which I just ate before taking photos, had the cheese barely on the patty.

I was waiting for an order for 15 minutes. They didnt let me know it was ready until there was a large crowd in the lobby of irritated guests that were waiting for their order. Turns out, it was just sitting there, but nobody mentioned anything. Just staring at me and then going back to what they were doing.

Newly remodeled and very nice environment. The staff is also very attentive and helpful. This has to be one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. I come here for my morning coffee fairly often and it’s always clean and well lit, there’s someone wiping down the dining area all the time and cleaning up. The staff work hard but they don’t have that listless look that some other places have. They always have a staff person just standing in the ordering area ready to help, the person changes but is usually one of their more enthusiastic people.
