Me and my fiancée absolutely LOVE moes. Been to this location multiple times and was satisfied. Good customer service. Good experience. And I’m sorry I haven’t But tonight might’ve convinced me to just go to chipotle or Salsarita’s and avoid moes for life.
I got there 20 minutes to close. Don’t get me wrong, I understand prepping for closing, I’ve worked fast food.
My only protein Choice was chicken.
No bacon.
Had to beg for cold queso. They pulled it out of the cooler.
Portions were maybe half what they normally are.
Staff was not mean. But they were not welcoming. And one was a bit rude. I get it man. Don’t like when people come right before close. But it’s not like I walked in at 8:58. This is 20 MINUTES before close. Not a single resturaunt puts EVERYTHING away 15 minutes before close.
Maybe you’re understaffed? I don’t know but I don’t really blame the staff. Get your buisness together moes. Really easy to lose customers when this is how you treat them. Especially when you have competitors who stay open longer than you. ESPECIALLY when they’re less than 10 minutes from your store.
Unprofessional. And unacceptable. Do better. $45 for this….

Normally I love Moes but today I came around 5:30pm and the people working were snappy and honestly a little rude. Additionally, the food was awful. The queso we got didn’t taste like it had any seasoning, chips were stale, and the bowl tasted very weird and limey. Very unimpressed

The service at this location has been pretty hit or miss, and getting more towards miss.
This is very annoying since this is the closest Moe’s for a significant part of Greensboro since the Friendly Shopping Center one closed. I strongly recommend going a block further towards Cornwallis or to the other Moe’s in town.

Definitely noticed a big improvement from previous visits.

I went in there Oct 4th 2025 around 5:30 ish and the service was terrible. I went there to ask a simple question about a burrito and my rewards and the only guy with the black curly hair was super rude! The black girl was kind and the younger girl was nice but the guy was acting like I was an inconvenience to him! I couldn’t ask questions and when I did he put his head down like I was getting on his nerves so I told him I don’t want anything and I’m going to leave! I have always came to that Moe’s on Battleground but I will never spend my money at a place where I can’t ask simple questions!

I had a really good experience here today. It was my first time here. I was greeted, they answered questions. They had a great combo special and a salsa bar. I enjoyed it. The food was really good. The rice was harder than I prefer but not a deal breaker. I’ll come back here. Thanks guys.

Do not order your food online at this place, as i presented pictures or what we order and what we got there is a big difference. I called to try to get the order resolved and was told to keep the food until Sunday because no one can do anything about it and that they are about to close. This is a prime example of what happen when you order at night, the staff doesn’t want make order correctly. Even though we order a hour before closing. As you can on the pictures there is none to little cheese on my nachos and on the burrito is missing some items as well, we also didn’t get our bowl of queso that we ordered as well. To the staff that made our order I know you guys were probably ready to go home but you still should do your job to the full extent until you clocked out. This is very disappointing. I had to cut the receipt full name was on display

Although the food is good and there is outside seating, the staff does not make much of an effort to be hospitable. They go through the motions, without smile and seem as though they are unhappy in their work.
