My co-worker went to pick up food for lunch today 10/16/25. She received burnt steak and Diet Coke instead of regular coke. My order was the turkey sandwich. My lettuce was old and instead of unsweet tea they gave her sweet tea. Also she asked for crinkle fries and they gave curly fries. The receipt says curly. But she asked for crinkled and it does say Diet Coke. The order was all messed up. This is the first time we got bad food and messed up our order.

Stopped by this Arby’s for a quick bite and it was better than expected. The order was taken fast and the food came out hot and fresh. The roast beef sandwich was simple but solid, and the fries were crispy and not overcooked. Portions felt fair for the price, especially for fast food. The dining area was clean, and the staff were polite and efficient. It’s not gourmet, but for a fast, affordable meal, this location does a good job.

My order was accurate hot and fresh. Super yummy and so was the guy at the window. He was professional and polite. He has such a sexy smooth radio voice that puts at ease. Like everything is gonna be okay cause you wnt and got some meat. Arbys got the meet. Some girl better get him to wife you up and get him into radio or the official voice of Arbys. He could tell bed time stories of war and seabears across america would be in shambala.

The last 4 times my husband has gone to get our order, something has been wrong with it. One of the sandwiches has been wrong every time. It’s correct on the screen and the receipt but when he gets home it’s the complete wrong one. If you don’t have anyone that knows how to make a chicken cordon Bleu just say so instead of throwing in a substitute

Service was good. We ordered 2 roast beef meal’s. with curly fries. It was hot and delicious. Ice tea was great. They weren’t too busy when we arrived but customers started coming in about 30 minutes later. I went to the restroom and there was No Toilet paper! It definitely needed attention. They do have some new employees and they were helpful. But they had plenty of time to attend to this before the customers started coming in. That is why I am changing my rating to 4 stars. I noticed that there employee Michael wasn’t there that day. We always receive wonderful service when he is there.

The absolute worst chicken tenders I have ever eaten. I have NEVER had tenders so hard, dry, inedible, tough, & painful to bite. I’m most definitely calling corporate. Out of 5 tenders I only ate maybe 2. I had to take all the tenders apart with my fingers forging for edible portions of chicken, because I simply could not bite through them.
