Have ordered twice from this location so far, and the first time was fine, but the second time my chips were so soggy they literally flopped over when I picked them up, and the shredded cheese was so dry it was crunchy. And the size difference between the orders is wild, you could order the exact same thing one time and get something a quarter of the size the next. This place hasn’t even been open a month and they’re already messing up such basic things, hopefully they only improve from here.

As a DoorDasher the pickup instructions not matching what you should do is an issue. Clearly it states pick up from the pickup rack. But I waited several minutes past my pickup time.. had to cut off a customer to ask the cashier where the order is. When I should’ve cut customers off coming straight in the store?? weird. Fix your pickup instructions, the store is new and doesn’t follow the instructions already.. goofy

Order was incorrect, by a long shot. Wrong meat, veggies I didn’t order. The rice was hard as a rock, what little I had of it. The bowl was less than half full. Super disappointing.

My rice was so crunchy and hard it was not edible. It was bad They were out of mostly everything. Chicken had so many funny pieces in it. I love chipotle but this was the worst location I’ve ever been too. I’m disappointed. I was excited for this one to open but I will not be back. Waste of my money.

Honestly one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had. The fajita veggies were completely burned and thrown all over the bowl like nobody even cared. The entire meal tasted like straight-up charcoal. It was impossible to enjoy anything because the burnt flavor took over everything. For the price you pay, this kind of careless food preparation is just unacceptable. Definitely very disappointed!!! I’m so beyond mad, because it’s sadly not around the corner, otherwise I would have go back.
