Social Profile:

We are opening our second restaurant in Summerville SC . Page’s Okra Grill has long been known for serving scratch southern food to locals & visitors alike. The restaurant opened it’s doors in 2006. The restaurant has been featured on the Food Network, in Southern Living Magazine, and on the Travel Channel. We love serving our customers in Mt Pleasant, but have also fallen in love with Food Trucks. We have decided to move our large food trailer to our new property in Nexton. We will serve a limited menu daily for lunch & supper. Don’t forget about grabbing some banana pudding when you visit the location in Summerville.

This was a return visit for us after a to-go experience earlier this year — and this time, we decided to dine in and truly take it all in.
We started with the egg rolls — perfectly crunchy with an abundant filling that pimento cheese lovers will absolutely appreciate. The fried green tomatoes were fresh and well-seasoned, though just slightly underdone and a touch doughy for my personal preference. The smoked wings were tender and juicy; while I didn’t get a bold smoky flavor, they leaned more toward a slow-cooked, rich pork taste.
I’m typically not a fan of spicy or raw okra, but their okra relish completely changed my mind. It was remarkably fresh, perfectly mixed, and had just the right kick without overpowering the dish.
The beignets were flaky, soft, airy, and absolutely delicious. Paired with the key lime meringue — which added brightness and a smooth texture — it elevated the dish beautifully.
For entrées, the fried pork chops were cooked to perfection — tender inside with a crispy, well-seasoned breading. The rice and gravy had a comforting homemade flavor, and the green beans were fresh and well prepared. We also ordered the grilled seabass again. This time it was slightly under-seasoned and a bit greasy, but still flaky and cooked well. The side salad with house-made three-pepper ranch featured crisp vegetables and a well-balanced dressing.
The salmon filet- such a delight was perfectly seasoned, fork tender and cooked to perfection.
A delightful treat was the side of tomatoes and okra over rice. Simple, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. I’m not usually a fan of pork-based seasoning, so this dish truly stood out — clean, fresh flavors done right.
We finished with a plain cheesecake — simple, classic, and well executed.
The staff truly elevated the experience. They were attentive, informative, friendly, and intentional about creating a personal experience for guests. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and inviting.
Overall, this dine-in visit allowed us to fully appreciate the flavors and service — and it was a solid return experience.

Okay place, large, outdoor seating available, clean. Food was just okay to us. Redneck rolls had no distinguishable taste, like a blended mush inside. Fried chicken dinner was dry, sides were diner like. Asked for extra gravy to help it go down easier, we did like the cole slaw. Creole shrimp & grits were okay but the worcestershire reduction needs help, overpowering in a bad way. Drinks on the other hand were excellent. One & done for us.

It was my first time there but it won’t be my last. Great food! Great steak! Nothing was lacking from cleanliness, to service to food and presentation. The drinks were great too! 10/10 would recommend and will go again

First time visiting Pages Okra Grill; loved it! We ordered the beignets which started our great meal with a bang; amazingly good. For entrés we had TJ’s Mess and the original Chicken & Waffles along with a butter grits side. All of it was very filling and delicious. I’m a fan of grits, and their butter grits are the best I’ve ever had in my 60+ years; they stand in their own & do not need any additions. The portions are large so you’ll likely need one of their complimentary boxes. This is a great place to eat and the service was also great; thank you Paul R. for the great service, helpful recommendations and you wit! POG has our highest recommendation.

Beautiful outdoor dining and delicious food. This is our go to restaurants to bring out of town guests. Personal faves are the fried green tomatoes, seafood pasta, and the peanut butter pie. Southern dining at its finest!

Awesome once again! There was a wait so… we opted for counter/bar seating. To my surprise it was enjoyable. There were 2 bartender/servers. I got great service. We were in and out before people that were ahead of us waiting for a table. Short ribs and grits w/greens were chefs kiss. All I can say is tender and flavorful. Fried green tomatoes… delicious. I was not expecting pimento cheese with the fried green tomatoes. Perfect pair…match made in heaven.

We loved our experience at Paige’s okra Grill on a Saturday afternoon. It was kind of busy we waited about 30 minutes. We love eating here at Summerville South Carolina as your relocation Realtor.

Family dinner and everyone is happy, it does happen. This place has been busy both times we’ve dined therr and for good reason. The food is on point. Expect a wait, longer for larger parties , there were 8 of us and we waited 45 minutes. Server was prompt and nice. The meal was served in a timly manner too. It was buisy and our server was absent for a while and drinks ran dry. Possibly short staffed?
I orderes the braised shortribs on cheese grits with collard greens. The rib was tender, browned, moist and flavorful. The the cheese grits had the greens served on top with the rib next to them. All the flavors meld to a rich perfect combinations. All in our party were happy withe thier meals. Go, be patient, it was worth the wait. They do offer take outn and you can wait at the bar. We’ll be back.
