TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Edit: just finished. That meal was GAS. Free slider day absolutely hit the spot. I had only been to DHC once before in Vegas and it was decidedly mid.
This location is absolutely killing it. Hats off to the team, cooks, owner. Everything was perfect, and the place was packed non stop.
Legitimately impressive how well you guys handled the demand, and with a smile.

I’m visiting Yuma from Texas and this was my first visit to Dave’s Hot Chicken. It was spectacular. Staff was phenomenal, very engaging and energetic. Store was clean and food was hot and amazing. Will definitely be back.

Stopped by Dave’s Hot Chicken and had an awesome experience. The food was exactly what you’d hope for, crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. But what really stood out was the service. Raul, the cashier, went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. He was super helpful, friendly, and made great recommendations on spice levels and combos. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving customers a good experience.

I’d like to take a moment to recognize outstanding costumer service from Maribel at Dave’s hot chicken. I originally ordered a 5-piece mozzarella meal but unfortunately the mozzarella sticks came without any cheese inside. I called the store and explained the situation to a manager, and when I came to pick up the remade order, Maribel assisted me at the front. Although the mistake wasn’t necessarily hers, she went above and beyond to make things right. She handled the situation with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine willingness to help. Her positive attitude and teamwork did not go unnoticed! It’s clear that she truly cares about the costumer experience and representing the store well. I really appreciated her help today. Thank you Maribel for turning an inconvenient situation into a positive one!!

First time here and it was awesome. Customer service is 10 out of 10. The chicken was everything we expected and more. Sliders and chicken stripe all delicious. We also got a reaper piece of chicken and you have to sign a waiver to buy it. Haven’t tried it yet but the regular hot was hot enough to make me sweat.
