Wow. Danielle had no energy or enthusiasm when serving us. She never confirmed our order or smiled at us. We felt very unwelcome although the Chick-fil-a in Mebane was nice inside. I asked for extra pickles on my sandwich and I received a sandwich with no pickles at all. Danielle never said “my pleasure” because it obviously wasn’t her pleasure to serve us at all. I never write reviews but our experience with Danielle at Mebane was so bad I felt the need to. Danielle should not be working up front with customers.

This location needs to work on the food.8 I ordered an 8 piece nugget as the nuggets were really big. Thinking nothing of it I started to eat them. AND down to the end one was pink inside. I feel so sick!

This location is hands down the best Chick-fil-a that I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to quite a few!). Best customer service I’ve seen at any fast food restaurant, the order was exactly right and FAST! On top of that, the food was amazing. I’ll be back and sending others this way!!

Stopped for dinner on our drive home and this was such a fast service experience considering we were there at peak dinner time. The drive through line was very long so we parked and went in and our order was taken immediately. It was a little loud due to the kids on the play structure but still an enjoyable experience

Not your typical Chick–fil-A. No value add to use the Mobile Drive Thru. And 90% of the time the requested condiments are not in the bag. Pretty much a “regular” I drive through experience. Definitely not the Chick-fil-A experience that people have become accustomed to.

The moral of workers of this restaurant has gone down dramatically and I may have seen the reason why. After just ordering my food at the register a lady named Christina ran up behind the gentleman getting my drink and literally barks at him, “What’s going on here?!”. The look on this guys face was shock, and pure confusion as he was just trying to get my drink. I was extremely offended and embarrassed for him and I!! Who talks to someone like that?? A few people around us actually stopped what they were doing to look. The smile on the gentleman taking my order quickly disappeared as he handed me my drink and took the next customer with less enthusiasm than before. She went in to speak to another worker there that just looked at the ground as she was explaining whatever she had to say in a demeaning manner. If this person is management then that completely explains why there were 5 people outside in 33* weather freezing cold. I thought Chick Fil A prides itself on Christian values and taking care of others. Leaving your co-workers outside to freeze in 33* degree weather is beyond inappropriate. The little tiny coats they were wearing was doing nothing as they were shivering, hoping up and down to stay warm. No heaters, coats, or hats. What’s wrong with this store?? These people, who look like kids, are all going to get pneumonia and this woman seems like the type to get mad at them for calling in sick after being left in the cold. Do better Chick Fil A

This is one of the busiest chick-fil-A’s but I love this one they get you in and out. Even when I’m door dashing they never make you wait.
My only concern is that there has been several times my chicken sandwich has not been throughly cooked so I stopped coming for awhile.

Amazing!! We stopped to get a peppermint milkshake and she said they would be out so I ordered just a frosted lemonade. She ended up giving us both. Amazing service and kind people!

My nuggets I got tonight are over coated and over cooked. Looking at previous reviews though I guess I should be grateful it’s not raw. Also while looking at the previous reviews, one of them recently cited a manager speaking rudely to the team members and I so happened to hear the tone that reviewer was speaking of. That woman seemed very bitter and dismissive of the young ladies at the register. It’s disappointing to see the way these young workers are spoken to on what seems to be a daily basis by the way they respond. Do better.

Chick-fil-a has definitely gone down in the past couple of years. Everything tasted extremely salty, or like forever chemicals. I couldn’t understand how they’re two lanes but the drive up was moving faster than mobile scan.
