First time going here, so I’ll start with the positives. The food was pretty good, all the family agreed, and we managed to spend less than we do at most places we go even with an appetizer. The portions were also bigger than any of us could finish. The server was really sweet (she was apparently new), and we got refills as needed.
Now for the not so positive. We went on a Wednesday (2/4) around 4:30, so it wasn’t busy. But the service was ridiculously slow. Like we initally waited 12-15 minutes before someone even came over to get drink order. I asked about a GF menu, never got it, so I looked online and found a pic from a different location. Hope its still accurate or I’m gonna be ill. There didnt seem to be a lot of GF options, but again, i never got the actual menu to check. The food also took forever to come out. All in all were were there probably an hour and a half (mostly all waiting) which isnt usual for us as we like to get in and get out.

Pasta is honestly awful. The noodles are a weird chewy doughy texture and I think the broccoli was not chopped enough for the dish making it awkward to eat. They didn’t give us any dressing for our salad which is extremely annoying. Burger was good but overall go here for the drinks and experience the food is worse than bar food.

Had a great dinner but the best part was KARAOKE!!! Steven was amazing and made my night 10xs better! Food was amazing even better then it looks. My waitress must have been having a rough night she was a bit short with me, I didn’t ask for much besides a water and my ticket. Overall the best night I’ve had in a while keep up the great work!!!

This place is fantastic!!!! The service is wonderful! I was surprised by the generous portions and they seem to be a bit more afforable than similar restaurants in our area. We had fried pickles which were amazing. Then we had fish & chips. Honestly, better than anyone around. The flounder was perfectly seasoned and not greasy. The fries are home cut and perectly seasoned. The slaw was delicious. It was a 10/10! We look forward to our next visit. Give them a try – you will be glad you did. Looks like Kickback Jack’s is our new local favorite!! They are also more affordable on a soda or tea.

Food was good but, the service was terrible. Drinks not refilled even after asking several times. Food items such as salad dressing, steak sauce were not initially brought out and again had to ask multiple times. One party member asked for a double order of slaw and no fries and got fries and no slaw. When we were ready to leave my friend asked for a to go cup to take what was left of her drink with her and they brought a plastic kickback jacks cup and wanted to charge for that. When questioned and told she was not paying for an empty cup the waitress went and brought back a styrofoam cup. Are they that cheap? We were a party of 4 and spent $90 before tip. Not satisfied at all. We could have went multiple other places and got better service and food for less money. I doubt we will be back. I realized a long time ago that second chances usually end up the same as before and not worth wasting the time. In the future ill take my money where I get better service.

I tried the Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls and they were amazing! I sat at the bar and there were only 3 people there when I got there at 1:30 in the afternoon but it seemed like the bar tender was MIA for a while. But when she came back she was great. Prices are good, atmosphere is sporty and fun. There is an outdoor covered patio with seating as well. I would definitely recommend this stop. Great menu variety.

The fish is a huge hit here with my wife, daughter, and Mother-in-law. Great food and friendly staff. Every thing I have ordered has been great. Fried pickles are excellent. The seasonal fried cheese curds are great too!

The server was really nice and friendly order on point everything was good. The server was very pleasant and helpful and nice about the food. The atmosphere was nice and good pleasant . Want to give the cooks a shout out for the food being freshed and hot.
