Placed delivery order that never came. Called the store and they said they don’t have the order despite my card being charged for it, and said I could either re-order (pay again), or come in to the store to get store credit. I just wanted a refund since my lunch break had come and gone at that point.

Sandwich was the size of the little john. Not the size of other stores. Staff very loud talking about world burning up. One worker saying she was hungry and oh, I can take another pill VERY loud. Worst experience at a Jimmy John’s. Needs better management!!!

This is broken into two parts from two different experiences at two different times of the day.
Decided to try it to see for myself if the other reviews were true.

Day 1 (Morning)
Ordered on the app for pickup. Got a Jimmy Cubano and customized it with tomatoes, Jimmy Peppers, and onions.

Sandwich was made strangely fast, so that was off putting. Opened the sandwich, and it was a basic Jimmy Cubano. No extras, almost as if their brain is hard-wired to only make sandwiches as a default, and not with customization. Im glad i didn’t pay for the extras.

When i walked in, they all seemed like they hated their jobs. Wasnt greeted at all, just asked what i wanted when I got to the counter. You could tell the motivation was an absolute zero.

Day 2 (Late Afternoon)

Decided to give them another shot because I do love the sandwiches here.

Decided to get the exact same thing i ordered before, except in the Box Lunch. Since i work next door, I tend to send the order while im on the clock and pick it up when i get the notification that its ready for pickup. Today that notification popped up minutes later, so I was nervous they just threw it together to get it done.

I pulled up and walked in the same. This time it was pretty lively, i was greeted by a taller guy and a blonde girl, who were both extremely nice. They were quick to getting me my pickup order and I was on my way.

Everything was PERFECT. Sandwich was actually customized as ordered this time.

It seems to me that the PM crew is definitely a night and day difference to the AM crew, so going after around 2PM seems to be the optimal time to go.

Stopped in for a quick lunch with my daughter. We both ordered Little John combos, her’s was a ham and cheese, mine a turkey tom. The cashier was kind enough to bring them to us because we sat down the second they were ready. We opened them and they were both ham. I asked the cashier if I had actually ordered the turkey, he said yes, and I showed him the sandwich in case I was mistaken and it was turkey, he confirmed it was ham, and had the other teenage boy remake it. Up to this point, its not a big deal. When we had ordered I had forgotten to ask for no tomatoes, and opened the new sandwich to remove the tomatoes. That’s when I found that I had been given just enough turkey to count as a garnish. Not enough to cover the bread lengthwise. If they were less focused on being teenage boys joking around who happened to be at work, maybe they could have made an appropriate sandwich.

Absolutely ridulous place. They won’t toast the #4 turkey tom. They make you order a #11 without ham which is almost $2 more…but won’t give you a credit for no ham. So if I order a turkey tom with ham, they charge $2 more. Howwwww stupid!

The food was delivered late, I can understand being busy and that’s fine. But the order was also wrong. When I tried to call the store on 8/26, couldn’t get though I have tried a few times from the times of 12:00-12:35. It went right to voicemail each time. This is awful customer service. Missed my lunch, sitting with a bad sandwich. Ended up having to drive down to the store to get the sandwich fixed. They gave me the line of “oh we saw you were trying to call” Okay, why didnt anyone pick up or call back? Wasn’t offered anything, only got an I’m sorry. The delivery charge will still charged, the tip was still given.

After getting the correct sub the sandwich was still not up to par with a normal Jimmy Johns sandwich. The bread was rock hard. Very very disappointing. Hoping to get a contact back on this one, just an all around poor order… Order # 29192558717157376

Everytime I order my food it’s done fast and correctly, they messed up my drink once but the person taking my order seemed new still so I wasn’t upset just was surprised it was lemonade instead of mellow yellow. Other then that it was still good food.
