The food is very tasty and fillable. They serve you very quickly. But the customer service is a bad thing, I got to order and it took me 10 minutes to order. I was taking a picture of the menu to send it to my husband since we were going to meet there and accidentally managed to capture the cook making a bad face at me as well as the cooks and the casher too. I ordered to eat there with my husband. We ate and left, it was something uncomfortable. I understand that sometimes we have bad times or moments when we don’t feel like working or we don’t have the mood I totally understand, but some people don’t. This type of behavior causes other people to be uncomfortable like me on this occasion. I hope you have a nice day and God bless you all.

We ordered classic burger, impossible burger, fries, and chili cheese fries. The bun is very greasy or filled with the burger sauce, but it was very wet. The meat was good, very soft and tender, but I wasn’t a fan of the burger sauce it tasted very odd. Regular fries were okay could be cooked longer to be crunchy and more seasoning it was bland. The chili cheese fries were good, a lot of good flavor. Impossible meat was way too big and it didn’t even fit the bun correctly it was hard to hold and eat. We ordered a strawberry shake and Oreo shake, but the strawberry shake was white no pink probably added a lot of milk but Oreo shake no issues. This place is very pricey probably would come back here once in a while but not a frequent customer.

I always loved going to Ruby’s on the pier for their shakes, when I was visiting Reno and saw there was a Ruby’s there I knew I had to stop in. It did not disappoint. Their shakes were on point! The staff were friendly, the place was not busy but it could just be the time of day we went. I will definitely be going back when in town.

I must say that there aren’t many places who genuinely take customer service seriously. This has been the best experience I’ve had in years. The manager (who I’d have thought owned this place and maybe should) and his wife are both amazing and willing to go above and beyond when something out of their control happens. Not only is their genuine care for ensuring their customer is taken care of ….the food is fantastic. Even if you don’t like anything they serve, I’ll bet you the service will make it worth it. 10/10 would recommend. I’d give more stars if I could. Thank you, again!

We were really impressed with the food! It was pricier than we were expecting but the quality and portion sizes were great. I still think it’s a little overpriced but we’ll definitely be coming back. The chili cheese fries were great, cookie dough shake had lots of cookie dough, and as a ranch snob their ranch gets the seal of approval. Staff was very friendly as well. I’m not huge on burgers but I noticed they have the option to sub grilled chicken so I’ll be trying that next time.

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions combo with fries and a coffee shake. It came out to 29 bucks. That is crazy. However, the fries were perfectly seasoned and they automatically come with ranch (the good ranch). Everything in the burger was great: the bacon, the cheddar cheese, and the beef patties. The grilled onions were not worth it and the burger was kind of dry. Sometimes that happens when they precook the patties, but who knows. For that price, I 3xpect it to be fresh, hot, and juicy. This burger was not. I will find it hard to go back for that price. 29 bucks!!! That’s still wild. Btw, the 16 oz coffee shake was good quality like everything else, but 29 bucks!?

This review reflects terrible customer service and poor attention to detail from this restaurant. I have ordered Uber Eats delivery from Rubys 8-10 times in the past 6 months. I can count on having missing items from my order about half of the time from this place. Order will arrive missing a shake, missing all the dipping sauces, or arrive with an empty soda cup. When I call they blame it on the delivery driver. I’m done giving this place my business

The chicken is stupendous and the milkshakes even more so. The fries are also well seasoned and the shake shop sauce has just the right kick.

Always fast and delicious. The huge burgers are well worth the price. I thought the fries with pepper on them was weird until I tried their signature sauce with them and now I can’t get enough. 10 out of 10
