Terrible service. Terribly made food. Friday morning at 7am. Bought a bacon bagel with extra bacon. They put so much of that butter on my bagel sandwich. It’s completely drenched. I will never stop at this location again for breakfast!!!

DO NOT let them tell you to move from the drive thru window if you dont have your food. When you go through the drive through here, they push you out to the second window or a parking spot so they can keep their times compliant with corporate. In actuality you wait 10 minutes for your food, that comes out wrong or you get forgotten about.

Am currently in line, they missed our happy meal so we have to bang on the window.

Update: got home, son’s big mac was completely opposite from what we asked for. Supposed to be only cheese and mac sauce, they completely left off the cheese and mac sauce. Also, zero sauces for our nuggets.

This is all very typical of this location. We took a break for a while, thinking maybe it would improve. Nope.

Ordered through the drive thru for dinner. Was asked to pull forward to the 2nd pickup window. Sat there for 10 minutes and watched as 4 other cars behind me were also asked to pull into pickup window parking spaces. Finally went inside and the employees were talking about the fact I was probably on my way in bc no one had taken my order out to me. When I approached the counter, an employee tossed the bag on the counter and walked away. I ate half my chicken sandwich before biting into a slimy piece and a giant piece of gristle. I threw away the rest of the sandwich and fries. Three hours later, I became violently ill. Assuming it is food poisoning. If you’d like a most awful experience in every way, dine here.

I wish I could give this location no stars. Pulled up to the drive thru on Black Friday around 0745. Was told by a lady it would be just a minute. In the meantime, the other drive thru lane took 4 cars that came and went. My husband was talking on the speaker asking for assistance and the original lady said “I asked you to wait a minute”. When my husband questioned why all of these other people were getting waited on before him she replied “ I am doing other things that they are not. It will still be another minute”. We drove off and went across the street to Wendy’s where we received respectful, friendly service with an excellent breakfast. We were in and out in a matter of minutes.

Overall service was good. Except we ordered through the kiosk and instead of bringing us our food they just called our number and we had to go back to the counter to get it. It was my understanding that would bring it to our table.

How can you have frappe‘s on the menu but not sell them? If you are having that many issues out of your frappe machine, then it’s probably time to get a new one. I have been coming here for two years and I can count on one hand how many times I have actually received a frappe from this location. And the service is absolutely horrible and most of the people working here are disrespectful. I won’t be back. The food isn’t even that good. I just come here for the Frappe‘s, but they refused to figure out the issue so I’m more than happy to eat lunch and breakfast somewhere else.

Just a suggestion, but when a costumer comes through the drive thru, regardless of time of day or how they ordered, say hello. Don’t just stare off into the abyss and then look surprised when they drive away. Then, when an item is missing and said customer has to come into the store, someone should at least say hello. No one should have to gain your attention. What’s happened to basic training? Also, did this location not receive a full inventory of Monopoly pieces or are we not ordering properly?

Did an online order at 6am came to grab it sat in the drive thru for over 15 mins before someone came to the right speaker. When I pulled up to the first window I understood why she’s on her phone didn’t say hi acknowledge me at all. Handed me receipt continued her phone conversation and shut the window. Rude and unprofessional to say the least.

The young blonde with blue in her hair young girl is not a very friendly person. She didn’t give us the McFlurry we ordered. Tried to ignore us when we tried yo get her attention. When she did make the ice cream treat, it wasn’t a McFlurry. It was ice cream in a cup with oreo bits just thrown on top.
