I have never seen such a blatant example of employee laziness and disregard to customer time. I placed an online order for pick up. I arrived 3 minutes after the time they said it would be ready. It wasn’t. When I arrived, there was one other customer inside and they were just paying and left. Drive thru was empty. I was the only customer, there were 5 employees and my order wasn’t ready. Mind you the food is already cooked.. they just have to scoop it into a bowl… I sat there for 5 minutes watching 4 of them stand around and look at their phones while a poor girl in the drive thru booth was trying to pump out online orders without any help. Why is there someone just sitting at the register and not helping? Why is there a guy asking me if I’m waiting for an order but proceeds to stare at his phone? Why would it have been quicker if I just came in and ordered besides ordering 10 minutes ahead of time? Like make it make sense. But because there was multiple online orders and only one employee allowed to make them, I had to wait longer. The guy doing nothing at the counter couldn’t help? But when a family of four walked in, they gladly helped finished their order and get them out the door by the time I did. All I ordered was a burrito and a bowl 10 minutes ahead of time and had to wait 10 more minutes while a family of 4 got all their meals in 5 minutes without placing an order in advance. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. Who ever runs this place should be embarrassed.

I definitely concur with this rating at this Chipotle. I finally lived up to doing an online order. I get why people complain about the portion sizes. I definitely feel like I was taken advantage for my money. I got double chicken and the portion was the same size as if I went in and placed my order. Also can you tell me why I have overcooked chicken right when the store opens? Is it the left over chicken from the previous day. I will try this location again but definitely not online……..

Chipotle is always a healthy place for a meal – the lovely thing is their consistency, and this location is no different! Fast and friendly service with precision in the food handling makes for a nice burrito or a bowl. It’s also nice they display the calories of all the food and even on the soda machine! Their meals are decently priced and are large in portions, very tasty and fresh. So delicious. Very nice and clean restaurant with inviting atmosphere. Beautiful outdoor patio and drive- thru for mobile orders and pick ups, very convenient. Definitely recommend it!!!

Walked in, everything was clean and inviting, customer service was wonderful, server really listened to how we wanted meals made. The manager, Reese, was busy, taking temperatures, logging, managing the team with courtesy and to high standards. Our family really enjoyed dinner tonight. Communication was difficult due to blowing ventilation etc. Beyond that, what we typically ordered through overpriced delivery services, now pleasantly came fresh and tasty by walking up to the counter. The two young ladies who served me were very patient with my order and got everything right. I’ll see this place again and again. Update: 6/7/22 another visit and Wow experience. The staff went overboard to fill my needs. Fresh and tasty as usual.

Today I visited the Chipotle located at 4332 W Cactus Ave, Enterprise, NV 89141, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this chain. I ordered a bowl and chose each ingredient myself.
When I asked for brown rice, the container was almost empty. The same thing happened with the beef and the black beans — all nearly empty. Instead of waiting for fresh food to be brought out from the kitchen, the employee scraped the leftovers from the bottom of the containers and put them into my bowl.
This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and shows a lack of respect for customers. For the prices Chipotle charges, serving leftovers like this should never happen. I strongly do not recommend ordering from this location and suggest people avoid it until they improve both food quality and service.

I would not go back until they clean this place up and get there stuff together. This place the food tasted not fresh and the place was filthy. With like 8 people working there it should never look like this never. Look at my pictures don’t lie. The floor was so wet that I was scared to slip near the drink areas.

Service was “sub-par” employees non communicative, rushing the orders through as if they had 50 guests waiting in line. They had extremely poor attitudes while serving the food. They used no listening skills when someone asked for a little of something it was a full scoop but with the rice and protein they were choosing to portion scoop it like they were doing during the backlash Chipotle relieved for attempting such a feat with the gouging prices implied for everything. I will never ever return to this location ever again and if I do I will be recording social media videos to post in your sites comments. I was deeply angered with the lack of respect for all of the guests and the lack of accountability for poor training and undoubtedly the worst service I have ever seen or received from chipotle.

I’m so over this chipotle, I spend 60$ every time I go for my family of 4 which is normal, however the experience is always trash. The heavier set African American lady is always SO RUDE and miserable, she mistreats everyone she works with and has zero communication skills with guests. The food is never prepared to refill so we’ve had to without rices and meats, for this being a new location in southern highlands, it’s the most disappointing restaurant in cactus that is locals WERE very excited for. Management should really read these reviews.
