Horrible customer service for morning shift manager that is a woman. As someone who has worked in fast food for years before a down system is not an excuse to check people orders and make sure you are giving the right order out to customers. And when asked to remake she gave attitude and didnt remake it because it was passed breakfast even though the order was put in during breakfast time.

I ordered a large vanilla shake inside the Berry st. location around noon at the kiosk. I used the app as I always do to accumulate points. Sadly, as usual, the kiosk did not print out my receipt, however my name was called to verify my order was indeed mine. I love my vanilla shakes and I was quick to enjoy my shake, and I nearly finished it before realizing that I had received a medium instead of a large. When I went to inquire to the employees about either receiving a large or a refund, I was merely informed that because I ordered the shake on the kiosk myself, it was unfortunately my own mistake that I received a medium, and not the Large that I had paid for. This is absolutely ridiculous, and I was treated as if I was less than a customer. I frequent this location quite often, and I spend money here pretty much daily, oftentimes more than just__ once daily. I am not the type to complain, but I’m pretty outraged by this, and I’d really like to be compensated for my money and tdtime as a more than regular customer. I should also note that this is not the first time I’ve been talked down to or told their mistake was my fault in some way.
Otherwise , it does seem that they seem to clear their customers pretty quickly, and the store — both inside and the outside/parking lot — is always quite clean.

Typically I never have bad experiences at this location. I don’t want to blame the workers entirely, the app might’ve had trouble, and they were busy. After waiting an hour for an order I paid for, that was supposed to be curbside, I went through the drive through to ask, who then told me to go inside, but then I was told I had to order again because they would be giving it to me for free. The payment had already gone through to my account, the worker told me that I would get back the money for the first order, but I didn’t know when and I’m not at the point where I can easily reorder things so it was frustrating. It was more frustrating that the worker instead of explaining it, only got upset and yelled at their manager that I was asking the same thing. I speak Spanish, of course I knew what she was saying. A trainee was kind though and did his best to be understanding even though he couldn’t do much. The girl with the yellow bow was also kind enough to ask the manager. It’s McDonalds, not a place for high expectation, but a place of service so I kind of wanted a little more sympathy that received today. We are at a time where it’s not easy to spend money, so this was our treat for a while and I think that is what made me the most sad.

I came to McDonald’s to get a frappe and a mcgriddle for my daughter in the morning time. I went through the drive through and asked for extra caramel syrup in the frappe. I brought the food home and gave it to her and after a few sips she realized and said to me that there wasn’t any extra caramel in the cup. She was correct the syrup on the sides of the cup that you get when you ask for extra syrup was not there. I finished some things I was doing and took the frappe back to McDonald’s. I walked inside with the drink, now melted, and my receipt and asked them if I could get one with the extra caramel. The first thing they did was take a small cup squirt some syrup onto the sides and dumped the old melted frappe into the cup and tried to hand it to me. I couldn’t even believe it. I did not take it from them and they disappeared behind the wall again… In a few seconds the same kid emerged with a frappe that barely had extra caramel… But I left with it anyway. I tasted it in the car and it was awful. It was definitely the original frappe remixed into some ice. Which is entirely unsanitary for their equipment. And a completely unprofessional act – displaying some of the worst customer service I may have ever received at McDonald’s .
In the parking lot the people in the line had blocked my car in and even when I put my reverse lights on and honked once or twice no one budged. I drove over the curb in front of me to leave.

Parked me for a coke. Waited about 10min while my food was getting cold. Not fresh at all. Had to watch everyone else get their drinks. Reverse in the drive thru to remind them I was waiting. Didn’t even get an apology for forgetting about me. Bad service.
