This was the first time I’ve been to McDonald’s in a while. Unfortunately, I did not like what I saw. It seems that they’ve leaned very heavily on the digital ordering system, yet that’s done very little to make their food more affordable. When I pulled said food out of the bag, I was very surprised that that little amount of food was as expensive as it was. Also, part of my order was messed up, which I feel is a reflection of the touch-screen ordering process.
As for the positives, and what I think saves it from a one-star review, is that I loved the Christmas decorations (despite the fact that they were very corporate), and that the few interactions that I had with the staff were very positive. However, I don’t see myself coming back to this McDonald’s, or any other McDonald’s any time soon.

So sad to receive a meal like this; we ordered double bacon quoter pounders and got single meat ones, so ok I was like oh well is late we are Hungry lets just eat them.. then this happened.. the meat was RAW… like really?.. are you kidding me.. i ordered online and even took my time to get there to pickup my order and it was not complete or well cooked I also ordered ranch wraps for one of my kids and one of them was spicy so dissapointing.

Was at the front counter for 10 minutes before an employee acknowledged me. Then waited another 30-35 minutes to receive my food . Staff was not friendly or attentive. Will not be visiting this location again. Service was horrible. When I finally received my QPC it was cold and not worth eating

Slow service but the food was fresh. Unfortunately it was incomplete. Received a sandwich missing the top bun lol

I the worst McDonald’s I have ever been two I order a 6 dollar McDouble meal with no mustard extra pickles and onions there are no onions on my burger and it’s covered in mayo which I did not order I will never get food from here again

Best thing about this location is their Playplace. We regularly bring our grandchildren here for this reason. They love it. Us “mature” folk can sit, eat, read, visit, etc while we watch them enjoying themselves. They even play 70’s must (which is the best!).

I am very disappointed with this McDonald’s!! I have taken my two granddaughters there several times over the last few years and they enjoyed playing in the play area. They was always other children’s that loved meeting and playing with. I am keeping them this week and went To this McDonald’s for lunch and invited another friend and her two grandchildren. The playground was closed, even though the sign says was open. We ask if they were going to open the playground and a nice gentleman working there said he would ask, he came back and said They would open it, but that they closed the play area when it rained. It was not raining outside. It was cloudy but no rain so he went and asked a second time while we waited for about 15 minutes, came back and said no they were not going to open it so we went to Chick-fil-A across the street and they had a great time. Today, Wednesday, we went back to the McDonald’s and invited the same friend and her two grandchildren we were all inside and the play area Was closed again it was not raining outside! We waited, and finally, someone said that they would open it. The woman in charge was eating or taking a break. Another woman and her grandson had said the lady said as soon as she finished her break, they would open it. Again we waited after a while. I went up to another woman who was cleaning a table and asked if they were going to open the play area and she said no if it is closed and locked, it is closed. So we left and went back to Chick-fil-A and had our lunch there and let the kids play in their indoor play area! Not only did they not have the play area open for the second time in a week they had no ice cream or milkshakes because someone had not delivered the milk product or whatever they need to make milkshakes or ice cream. I am not sure what’s going on at that McDonald’s, but it is awful and it will be a long time before I take my grandchildren back or even tell anyone about it! The women in there were very rude and dismissive, I am not sure who owns this particular McDonald’s, but I am going to find out and call corporate to recommend that they do some work on that McDonald’s. Terrible experience!!! I am looking for another McDonalds around that has a play area that is not always closed!!

The cashier told us we were “wasting their time”. We placed a small order through the kiosk, but the wait was very long. After checking on the order, we were told we would need to wait an additional 10 minutes and that the apple pies were actually out of stock. When I asked for a refund for the apple pies, the staff response was dismissive and unprofessional, and I was told I was “wasting their time.” The floors were sticky, and only one of the women’s washrooms had toilet paper. Better cleanliness, communication, and customer service is needed.

My food was raw. The burgers were raw. I literally ordered this 30 mins ago on the 1 june 2024 and its all raw. Thank God my wife has a horrible habit of ripping her food apart before eating it. Don’t think I’ma come.back to this place again.

Its hit or miss where somedays you may get a smile or something that suggest good morning from the 1st window.
The 2nd window is a toss-up, more often the window gets closed before you can even think to ask from an additional napkin. At this point fear makes you weigh just how important it is the signal for assistance or simply an acknowledgement that you’ve yet to leave.
Other days you may get an interesting conversation that is fuel by the car(s) behind, if any at all!
