Dave m. Was the best waiter I’ve had in a while he came back and checked and apologized profusely and refilled even though he was stretched thin with other customers. It took us a long time to get a chef and when we did he was silent and had to check his notes repeatedly. He got the temps wrong on the food, while plating put food in 3 drinks and even somehow flung some on her chest without meaning to. I talked to the manager and he was receptive, calm, and understanding.

Surprise dinner for my daughter. Service was great. Molli was on top of our drinks and took our order and gave us the specials and explained them very clearly and what was in them.Andy was excellent, he was funny and very interactive.i ordered my stake medium and it was perfectly done he didn’t over done.Over all it was a great experience. 5 stars do recommend.

Going into this I wasnt sure if I was a fan of jappenese dining or not. However after eating there I came to quite a pleasant suprise. The food is quite good. The shrimp is perfectly siesened, the steak was delectable, and the soup was like getting a warm hug from a teddy bear. Best of all was the service. Our waiter a charming young woman named Paige (appologize if I misspelled your name) was more than accomodating and upon finding out that my birthday was the following day treated me to some free ice cream. She has a lovely bedside manner and most certainly earns her money. So if any of you are looking for something different but enjoyable give Ichiban a shot. The service is top dollar and the food is quite nice.
