This restaurant is perfect for large gatherings and has a pretty decent bar with a couple of television sets playing sports. The food and service need a little help in my observation but I’ve only been here once so that was my first impression. We ordered small bites like the Quesadillas, tacos, burritos and churros.
Nothing really impressed my tastebuds but I can say the chips and salsa were the best. I ordered a couple of drinks from the bar and those were pretty decent but the service was pretty slow for being a weekday. I’m hoping it’s better on the weekends because this is a gem that has the potential to shine. But I’m going to say it’s worth checking out if you’re not pressed for time and don’t mind the wait.

I’ve been coming here for years, and today I ordered the perfect combo for my appetite. The House Margarita with Tajín was top notch — strong, flavorful, and I couldn’t even finish it (and I’m NOT a lightweight!). I ordered two chicken taquitos à la carte, and they were phenomenal. Highly recommend!
The restaurant has big outdoor and indoor seating. Highly recommend. The servers abd wait staff were great!

Decent Mexican. I had the shrimp quesadilla and it was pretty yummy. Good chips and salsa. Big seating area with festive decorations. Friendly staff.

Pleasantly surprised! I ordered the salmon plate and expected a small piece of salmon with a little bit of rice and minimal vegetables, but this is what I got. They didn’t hold back with their portions and I feel I actually got my money’s worth. Can’t wait to come back.

Went there for brunch with friends and it was great. I had pozole and it was delicious . There was a mariachi there. Felipe Leon, they were amazing and very entertaining. Our server Fernando was exceptional

Tonight at Rodrigo’s they had a live performance. “The Darrell’s!” They were AMAZING! The food is good the service is good! We have absolutely no complaints about the Corona location!!!! Must visit on band night!!

We went here for dinner last night. When checking in the hostesses were recommending/trying to push outdoor seating. We opted to do inside but more on this later.
The kitchen seemed overwhelmed the server and was quick with drink refills but all our food took quite a long time. We ordered guac (this serving was generous). I ordered a big shell tostada with carne asada (about $20)and when I actually received the dish,there was maybe 3-4oz of carne asada in the dish. The shell also tasted stale, like it had been made a day or 2 prior.
We did end up finishing our meal, when walking out we saw/heard the outdoor seating. There was a performer that was way to loud, we couldn’t even talk to each other outside of the seating area due to how loud it was. Made us happy we chose indoor to have a conversation with each other.

Overseer Dynamics
The place and people are really nice. The food though is a different story. Now to be clear we were told, after the fact, that their normal cooks were not working.
The food was bland.
Also they messed up on orders (not majorly but simple adjustments that were asked for were completely missed).
Their salads had a weird smell (might be the dressing they used).
From the group I went with they informed me this is rare but I can only judge it off my experience.
Eat here if you want to try it but I feel you may be rolling the dice.

Came in for a birthday party with 30 people. They had a nice spot in the back away from others which created an awesome spot for the celebration. The food all came out at the same time and they got our order correct. They even allowed us to split bills without hassle.
