I had hard time communicating with staff to order vegetarian options. They were all confused as there are no items on board which are vegetarian.
Staff was polite and helpful. The quality of food was strictly ok. The quantity was good. The best part is free variety of salsa. The fountain drink is like all water and no soda.
The worse part is restroom. It was all clogged up and stinky. It requires some health and cleaning process.
Plenty of improvements needed for this establishment.

I was having a huge hankering for Mexican food and this place, hands down, satisfies! I know it’s a chain restaurant, but the food is always so good, and relatively inexpensive. Try to go on a Tuesday for their “taco Tuesday special”. If not, they have tons on the menu to choose from any day of the week. Tacos, enchiladas, etc. The salsa bar is the absolute best because you can pick how much salsa you want and what type (spicy, mild, etc). They have fresh toppings for your food and you can even take a little home for leftovers. But who’s having leftovers? It’s really so good. The service is very nice at this location and restaurant itself is clean and has a ton of seating which is really cute. I will absolutely be back, even for a chain this place has super yummy Mexican food!

Have only gotten take out / drive thru from here, but it’s always very good and extremely fast service. We always get the bowls, which are a great value. Can’t go wrong with the food, it’s consistently good. The location also makes it easy to get in and out. Service is fine for drive thru, always pleasant enough. Can’t say anything about table service since I’ve always done drive thru.

Very disappointed with this experience. I ordered breakfast tacos for my work team and kept it very simple: 7 chorizo & egg, 7 chorizo & potato, 2 bacon & egg, and 3 sausage. When I arrived, the order was incorrect.
I called back to address the issue, and the person who answered the phone was not helpful at all and showed no concern about fixing the mistake. What’s frustrating is that they were quick to call me when I was five minutes late due to traffic, but when I arrived on time shortly after, the order was still wrong.
When ordering food for a team, accuracy and customer service matter. Unfortunately, this experience fell short on both. I will be sharing this feedback with the manager.

I have eaten at Rosa’s for years but this was my first time inside. You get in line and order your food. You pay and then move to pick up meals on trays. They have a Salsa bar with pico, various salsas and cilantro. If you want chips and extra flour tortillas then order them with meal

Yes, my wife and I eat at Rosas almost every week. We were on a road trip about an hour away from home and decided to have taco Tuesday. This roses location was completely packed. The parking lot was full. The drive-through was full as well. We went inside and within two minutes, play star order and within another two minutes received our order. the food was made to order perfectly. The inside of the dining room was clean. We was able to sit down immediately. I decided to give positive feedback to the manager Alex his crew was running like a well old machine. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area it was a 100% positive experience.We ate tacos plates that were delicious for taco Tuesday. We both ate for under $15 dollars.
