Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I do not recommend this Whataburger to anyone I have never received a worse meal and I had to use uber eats because of vehicle issues tik tok has been advertising Whataburger salads so I thought I’d try worst what I ordered and what I got I stance then my chicken was missing it was just thrown together wilted lettuce my sons burger and fries was cold fries just nasty I called the store spoke with manager Alejandro who told Me I would need to get with uber since I ordered from a third party which I understand but they didn’t make the food they just delivered it he told me I could come back to get the order remade a after getting a ride to the Whataburger he just gave me my salad which looked like he added the chicken that was missing and gave me the exact same one I returned not the other part of the order. Not to mention the family behind me was there to receive a meal that they had received cold food and the manager told them to come and they can receive there order at no charge

This was my very first visit to Whataburger here in San Antonio, TX —I’m from Reno, NV ️, and let me tell you, Justin made it unforgettable! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was . He went above and beyond to make sure my order was just right. He even said, “We’re better than In-N-Out” —and as a BIG In-N-Out fan , I was like, “Okay, let’s see!” Well… he wasn’t lying!
I ordered the triple cheeseburger with no bun and baaaaby—it was straight ! Juicy, flavorful, and seasoned to perfection . I also grabbed the chicken strips —crispy, tender, and full of flavor. My only letdown? I asked for extra onions and didn’t get any —and listen, I love onions. A burger without onions just doesn’t hit the same! Still, the flavor was so on point, it almost made up for it.
Y’all definitely made a fan outta me . Now I’m just hoping Whataburger brings all this deliciousness to Nevada soon

I wanted to express how peaceful this location is and the people here are very friendly, especially Miss Mary Helen. She definitely took care of anything that I needed for my visit making sure that I was fully satisfied there as a customer was definitely staying busy around the area as well making sure this place looked tip top for all the customers for the day! The food was definitely fresh and prepared to please any craving. I was having definitely recommend this location five stars for me.

Ordered online, took them forever to bring my order out to curbside, was told by the employee that the manager said next time to park my truck in space “5” which there isn’t a #5 , cause my truck is too long -f350- , in other words park in the space at the Mexican restaurant! Are you for real! My order was wrong , fries were cold, asked for my chicken sandwich without lettuce, got black wilted lettuce on it , why would the cook even put lettuce on a sandwich that even looks like this? Always something wrong with my order at this location, people make sure you check your order before you leave the restaurant , I know they are very busy but the cook should be more careful about what their vegetables look like and park in #5, there’s not even a #5 curbside , attention cook, don’t put something on a burger that you wouldn’t eat yourself! Every time I get food from here the fries are shorted. The box is only filled half way and I’m getting less than a medium that is full so why pay more. All the sandwiches are trash but at least the fries and drink are good even when filled half assed

Worst service ever. They are very slow and take a long time even if you are the only person there. I ordered on the app and pulled up to the window. I was told to pull up to parking spot 4 and they will bring it out. Well they never brought my order out and the cars behind me all left and I still had no order. So I go inside to let them know I was still waiting for my order my food was ready the whole time and no one brought it out. What is the point of ordering online if you are getting your food an hour later. Worst Whataburger I’ve ever been too.

Asked for an extra chicken tender on my chicken biscuit, got charged for the extra tender, open my biscuit and they had just torn one in half and put it in there. Went back in and the woman manager didn’t say shit to me just looked at me like I’m dumb and handed me $2? Like girl at least care what your employees are sending out and have some integrity.

I found a parking spot easily. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. The location was clean. I placed my order and selected my drink. I found open tables. My order was out quickly. The meal was hot and delicious. I’ll definitely be back to this location. The lobby is open 24 hours. They have a birthday shake for a limited time. Don’t miss out.

Wait at the drive thru window for an extra 10min checking your order. Don’t know if the headsets messed up but they will never actually put the first thing you order in the bag. Drive thru forgets first order, DoorDash they will skip the first item on your list. I think they just dont even care to think inside this business
