This is by far the worst meal I’ve had since moving to Oregon — and that’s saying a lot, because Portland and even Tigard usually have great food. I’ve never had a bad experience in Tigard until now.

I ordered a dinner-sized Mongolian beef with brown rice, egg drop soup, and miso lobster dumplings, and I spent over $50 on this delivery.

Let’s start with the soup.
The “egg drop soup” was sent in a plastic zip-style bag, like something you’d use for storage, not food delivery. I’ve never seen soup packaged like that from a restaurant. On top of that, it didn’t even look like egg drop soup — it looked more like hot and sour, with carrots in it. Not what I ordered.

Next, the miso lobster dumplings were completely cold, and the sauce was honestly unpleasant. It tasted like no care went into it at all. What’s strange is that the soup and entrée were warm, so there’s really no excuse for the dumplings being cold.

Now for the Mongolian beef and “brown rice.”
The rice was not brown rice. It was clearly white rice that had sauce poured over it to make it look brown. And the portion was shockingly small — it honestly looked like whatever was left at the bottom of the pot. I genuinely thought they forgot the rice at first because the amount was so tiny.

To make matters worse, the delivery bag was not sealed or stapled, which is a basic safety expectation with food delivery. Thankfully nothing appeared tampered with, but still — that should never happen.

I don’t know if I caught them at closing time or during a bad shift, but this was completely unacceptable, especially for the price. I was honestly shocked when I opened the bag.

I will never order from this place again. This experience was extremely disappointing and nowhere near the standard I expect from restaurants in this area.

I want to note that in the photos I did not eat any of the beef so I just moved it around and that’s how little they Gave me. I’m sure you can tell these dumplings look cold. And lastly, the soup in the infamous plastic Ziploc/storage bag,

The restaurant is worn out. Seats, doors, walls all need an upgrade. I had the lunch soup & salad. They brought me the egg flour soup and I ordered the hot & sour. It was really good. 5 stars. I ordered the peanut chop salad with chicken. It was tasteless. Good thing I ordered the chicken on top, because that is all I ate out of it.1 star. We also ordered the squash dumplings. 3 stars. Our bill came to $ 75. for lunch. For that price it should be excellent food and service. It was really nothing better that fast food.

My husband and I had a fantastic lunch at PF Chang’s today. Our server, Shawn, was fantastic and gave us great recommendations for both of us. Since I’m gluten-free, and my husband isn’t, they had a new lunch menu with several options, including soup, salad, spring rolls, and egg rolls. We absolutely loved the salad with their amazing gluten-free sesame dressing. The gluten-free chocolate soufflé with vanilla ice cream and raspberry sauce was also delicious. As always, I couldn’t resist their iced mango tea. Unfortunately, I didn’t get pictures of our entree, which was broccoli with beef and a half order of the gluten-free lettuce wraps.

I ordered a special dinner for $19.99 that came with 1 side dish with rice and soup. This is what I got, size has shrunk with very small scoop of rice and small pieces of beef. The bowl is only 1/4 full. What happened to PF Chang? For the price PF Chang charged, I felt like I got cheated.

Post edit : i called the restaurant and the manager was willing to rectify the problem. Thus I upgraded the food & service ratings

Two weeks ago my son and I came for dinner, we had a white piece of plastic in his Mongolian beef, hurt his braces when he crunched down on it. The server was nice and she took care of it. Tonight we went back, again the server was nice but after eating I saw a little something moving in my Thai peanut salad, it was a worm! I already ate about half of it before seeing it. I was discrete in sharing this so the tables around me didn’t hear me say it. They took the small salad cost off and the manager told the server he could offered us desert. Was surprised the manager didn’t come talk to me or apologize. I would not order a salad there again, probably wouldn’t return. This location seems to just be questionable. Never had these things at other locations. I felt sick after leaving and to think I paid $60 for a dinner to have this experience. Yuck

Our entire mood was changed as soon as we had our server Ash! We stopped by just to burn some time and Ash recommended not only some AMAZING seasonal desserts that were just what we were hoping for BUT!

Also made some great conversation with us and made us feel just at home and speaking with a friend now that is some service you don’t get too often. Better than the experience we had with the hostess just before. Ash was polite and very personable with some great dessert choices! The butter cake should be a regular food item that thing is the best thing I’ve ever had for a dessert in a very long time!

5/5 stars – Outstanding Service from Kloie!
We had lunch at P.F. Chang’s on January 20, 2026, and our waitress Kloie was absolutely fantastic! From the moment she greeted our table, she was warm, attentive, and full of energy. She knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations (we went with the Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Mongolian Beef – both were spot-on!), and made sure our drinks and appetizers came out quickly without rushing us.
Kloie checked in just the right amount, refilled our waters promptly, and even handled a small modification to our order with a smile. She had a great personality – friendly, funny, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making our experience special. The food was delicious as always, but Kloie’s service really elevated the whole lunch. We left feeling taken care of and will definitely ask for her next time we’re in the area!
Highly recommend Kloie – she’s a gem! Thank you for making our lunch so enjoyable!

We were here to see a movie but had to have dinner. So my smoking hot and totally real girlfriend and I dropped in for dinner. The staff were attentive and got us in quick. We had the Mongolian trio. Which I thought slapped the hardest. The spicy shrimp I thought were over cooked but had a nice flavor. Lastly we had the Korean fried chicken. It was well fried and crispy. The sauces they give you were really good too. All in all we had a good experience. Would recommend coming and giving them a try.

Jordan was a shiny object in a suburban oasis of PF Changs.

She is a professional and efficient bartender that sincerely embodies the PF Changs brand while bringing her spirit and attentiveness.

Thank you having me at this location and wish you would open in Downtown Portland.
