This place has the worse tasting milk shakes I’ve ever tasted! Go down the road to the other WC on Dixie! Every time I get a shake here it tastes like they pour a whole bottle of chocolate syrup in the thing! And it’s an every time! I’ll never go to this WC again! Nasty!

Picked up door dash. Literally was in the drive thru line. After telling me to pull forward, waiting behind 2 other cars, the kid asked me to come in. This is what you should have told me at the drive through order. The customers food was sitting in a bag for 5+minutes that I was in there, and who knows how long before that. Told me it was just made. Come on kid, we are not naive. Made my pick up 14 min late for delivery.

The worst fast food service out of all. Anytime that i think to myself that this white castle location would be a good idea or simple, i’m quickly corrected on how wrong I am and how long the wait time is for just for any simple order. I could literally order any other restaurant and get served food faster than what this location has ever provided. Any time I get to the window they are just playing around in the back. They allow the line to grow so long that people have to leave due to the absurd amount of wait time for what should be a simple fast food meal as they advertise themselves to be a fast food location. This location should’ve been shut down and replaced for another restaurant a long time ago!!!

I placed a mobile order and pulled in the drive thru when I got to the speaker she said your order is ready and asked me to come in. I pulled around and went in and it was utter chaos there was several customers in there waiting they didn’t know whose food belonged to who. They wasn’t organized at all with food just sitting there getting cold.
