Went thru the drive thru. Food was good, but the fries weren’t fresh. They made my sandwich wrong. When I went in to get it corrected I watched the sandwich person handling cooked food with gloved hands instead of tongs. This will be the last time I ever eat here.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would the blonde lady that’s supposedly the GM is so disrespectful to her customers. I’ve worked fast food since 2015 as a manager and was training to be a GM and that is not how you talk to anybody and you must certainly shouldn’t give out cold fries and food, especially for how much stuff cost. I will not be going back to the store until they replace her.

When someone PAYS for sauce, they expect to get that put in the bag. I’ve paid for sauce literally everytime I’ve gone and I have never gotten it at any of the locations I’ve been to. When did McDonald’s decide to get so stingy and steal from paying customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. This was probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Kat the manager needs better training on how to treat customers. I do not recommend this location at all. If you don’t enjoy fast food its time to find a better career path.

Whenever we go to this McDonald’s, The majority of our orders are messed up. Ask for no ketchup, we get double the amount to where the burger is inedible. And either we dont get an item we ordered or its just completely wrong items. I don’t know if people are being rushed to the point that they keep messing up but there definitely needs to be someone dou le checking these orders

Ordered a large meal and got medium fries. Paid for gold sauce got a bunch of honey mustard. Fries are always dumped into happy meal box. Food here is ok but service is always bad.

On two different occasions I have gone through the drive through, and the same employee has always been rude and not friendly. I did nothing to him. He just hands the food to me and turns his back to me. He doesn’t smile or say anything. Why do people even go to McDonalds because the service is awful and the food is not as good as it used to be when I was growing up.
